This is the best time to apply for tourist visa to Egypt.
If you have your own bank statement, and you are 'mature', you may contact me for guidance. It will be good too if you are a worker.
It is not wise to keep your application till August. May and June are your best months. |

geekbabanla: I applied for two courses and I have not accepted the admission yet, the mail I received from dreamapply stated explicitly that: "the results for the other programme will be announced also during the next days" Okay, that means you applied to same school. Also, if you have not accepted, it means you can get another admission. But once you accept, every other option closes. |

Estiperson: Please does anyone have any information on how best to get to Estonia From Nigeria. (India, Egypt, Schengen, Georgia) any idea and contacts will help Israel Egypt Russia I heard Ukraine visa is easy to get, but we have to wait for someone to use the route first due to what happened last year when someone was returned from the airport. |

geekbabanla: Update:
Those yet to receive admission decisions should still keep calm. it is still rolling out. I just received mine now from dreamapply. Accepted for my first course, awaiting decision for my second course.
Best of luck to everyone. You cannot get two admissions, as you have accepted the first one, you will be denied the second. |

AFONJACOW: oh they are no longer Fulani X-MEN they have upgraded to Northern bandits... Buhari is working Cattle rustlers are people who steal cattles. So it can be said that, this time the rustlers killed Fulani herdsmen and their children.
If the news is true, then it means these rustlers who were part of the people who started this fight, are still the major problem. This is because the herdsmen will retaliate.

TonyeBarcanista: Sir, I advice you do research on this subject before arguing who is lying and who is not.
http://www.thebusinesspost.ng/tms/can-nigeria-finance-2017-budget/10-facts-about-2017-budget
I think I'm done with you on this Subject. Nigerian financial year is January to December. If the budget is signed on January 1st, it takes effect till December. The 1999 constitution above was very clear, that in case of delay, the President can use the govt fund. 2018 budget has not been signed to enable purchase of the aircraft, so Buhari is right to act according to the provision of the constitution. The issue of when a budget ends, is another debate totally. I remember when Fashola complained of his ability to carry fund over to the following year. |

TonyeBarcanista: Sir, a budget signed in May means the Fiscal Year starts from May and will run until April the following year.
Appropriation Act, like any other act, takes effect from the moment it was signed into law. It is never backdated Why then did they say the govt cannot have access to unspent budget at the end of the year in December? Secondly, I read every country has a standard Fiscal year. Nigeria is January to December.

Politics › Re: Does Chapter 5, Section 82 Of The Constitution Not Exonerate Buhari? by Suplexx(op): 1:40pm On Apr 27, 2018 |
TonyeBarcanista: The context is Fiscal year not calendar year Sir!
Fiscal year starts from the day the Appropriation Bill is signed into law... Our fiscal year is January to December. A budget passed in May still covers January to December, not May to April. |

Mynd44: No, it does not.
This is regards of when a budget runs out and a new one has not been signed It says appropriation bill at the beginning of the year. |

aribisala0: I don't think the external reserve is relevant.. It is not government moneybut CBN money. Its depletion is a reflection of import demand and our lack of manufacturing capacity
External Reserves are NOT savings at all.Do not let the term "reserve" mislead you
If we have I trillion naira in circulation that 1 trillion is a CBN liability and the external reserves are CBN assets so effectively if you own 1 million then you have a share of the external reserve because the naira( CBN debt) only has value if backed up by CBN assets. The external reserve helps to stabilize the value of the naira. Iweala said the reverses are savings for rainy day. |

If Okonjo-Iweala blamed some governor for depleting the Excess Crude Reserve, who would she blame for depleting the External Reserve?
