my dear it depends on the immigration officer oo ! They also av the right to cancel ur visa to reasons best know to dem ! But then they also look at your intent ! There was also a case of a Turkish citizen who canceled his reservation ! He pleaded to book again he was refused entry !
Are we expected to stay in the hotel when we come in? For those without hostel accommodation.

Its not really about the rate, its the offshore, telex charge, commission and vat.
The rate is the issue.

Offshore is constant at $25. Telex, commission and vat were not much at all.

This idea will cost him more. Let him collect admission letter from school and process his payment with the bank. School fees rate is different from black market rate
When I wanted to pay, the two banks I went to said their rate was same as black market. There was no separate rate for form A

people creat a lot of fuss about being deported without saying wat they did to be deported , u can't av a visa which give u an early arrive and they deport u! Last year yes euroakademmia had issues with authorities that affected new students at the point of entry other than tha few students were deported by there own doing , someone was coming to tallin on an Estonian visa but had a ticket onwards to Sweden ! What do u expect ? To allow him to enter knowing fully well his heading to Sweden ? I got my essti visa in June ending and left 2 week of July , without any questions at the airport
Good one. Lovely!

But you didn't encounter immigration at the airport.

Kindly answer the question bro....what was the date of resumption of your school last year and what procedure did you use that granted you entry in July? Cos TTU resumption date is September 3rd while some Schools is around August 1st or so cos I knew a friend who has a friend who was returned back at the border due to arrival date.
Returned from the border or airport?

@slysite and @Suplex...I hope no hitches with using the world cup route. Is there a possibility that the estonian embassy in Moscow would require that we have a visa rather than a fan id and ticket?
No issues at all.

Hi sis,

I understand your being in this matter..well, I have to say my post was somewhat less than 15hrs of discovering this page...As I've written earlier, I got the ref from a friend already in Estonia...

Took me roughly all night to read up those pages, my intention was to start from page one but my friend advised me to start from this year's admission and that was around October, somewhere like page 250..so well, I understand how you feel, reading all of those posts, I could as well say apologies for what you where through last year..one thing is your success doesn't have to be stringed to some people. Those who created "secret" groups without sharing info are only faulting themselves..it's a thing of the future, not now..but nonetheless,I would have loved if you had not given up,if I'm not mistaken, you got to Turkey last year, that's like "already there"..it obviously mean you can get there on your own.

I am a lone ranger, I discovered Estonia and TTU on my own, my research on every possible event was on my own, I have people outside of nairaland, who I'm also prepping to consider the country by giving them the scoop of it all..from passport to English exam to portal opening and all..so on my part,it's not hoarding, what do I have to gain by hoarding??

So, I apologize on everybody's behalf but the truth is, nobody can and should stop you from your Estonian dream..

And the truth is, what if there's no Nairaland page for this, somehow you would have gotten there..And for me, I'm still all in a loop, until school sends my docs, the mail is all I've got..believe me, this is roughly a year and half self research.

So sis.. I love you but will love you more if you try harder (that's a line from Offensive Security, for those who are used to cyber space and it's jargons)

Peace Milady.
Welcome

No opportunity is closing. Stop giving such a negative info. If you have any leads just give. If the closing opportunity is route specific, then indicate...dont generalize.
We were taking about:

Russia
Israel
Egypt

Now world cup tickets are no longer available. Whether they will still sell, no one knows.

Israel batch A is closed. Batch B have gone far, but still opened

Egypt is getting difficult. It is normal from this time of the year.

Hi everyone, I am really sorry to drag you backwards. I just want to know if anyone has applied for a visa to travel out of Nigeria to a country with an Estonian Embassy. If yes, what country's embassy did you use and what was the process like.
You should have asked this question like a month ago when others were asking, because everyday now, opportunities are closing.

Yes okay. Why are you commenting only when you have a question to ask? What have you be doing all these while on this thread. Reading and reserving? When it hooks you then you remember to comment. I had signed out here for long but after reading your questions and viewing your profile to see if you had commented here before but I saw none, I was force to give you a reply. Any way am out of here.

Those who are saying the story is a lie don't know anything.

People should be wise not to fall into this kind of shit. Dont help anyone withdraw money from ATM. If you help your parents with their names of the ATM card, no problem. But never a stranger of a friend carrying an ATM in another name.

hi Slysite4real, is concerning this second leg (thats the estonian embassy), if you have a tuition waiver do you still need to present like a solid statement? does having a tuition waiver have any effect on the statement to be presented?
They want to be sure you can sustain yourself (feeding and accommodation) for one year.

I am particular about the Estonian embassy.. I already got a visa to leave Nigeria..
I gave a general information so that others could benefit.

Congratulations on your first leg visa.

And I didn't use a sponsor with same surname... When u say guardian, that means we mustn't bear same surname right?
The sponsor must not be same surname according to what I was told by those who have traveled. However, it will be nice for your sponsor to swear affidavit.

Guardian means anyone who is your guardian and is committed to sponsoring you.

Check the police and border guard website, you will see where Guardian is stated.

It is just a general visa requirement. Embassies prefer same surname.
Embassies in Nigeria prefer same surname, transactions in statement and huge balance. Although, not all embassies in Nigeria.

Estonian embassies (particularly feedback from India) want ponsor who is a parent or a guardian with steady income like 200k naira monthly.
PoliticsNiger Delta Militants Attack Jonathan, Hail Buhari by Suplexx(op): 9:27pm On May 08, 2018
12 hours ago
Niger Delta militant groups, under the aegis of Reformed Niger Delta Avengers, RNDA, has accused former President Goodluck Jonathan and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of failing the oil rich region.

RNDA alleged that the PDP created poverty in Niger Delta despite being in power for 16 years.

In a statement signed by its leader, self-styled ‘General’ Johnmark Ezonebi, yesterday, the agitators accused Jonathan’s administration of wastage, corruption, looting, favouritism and non-supervision of his appointees.

They lamented that the officials of the past administration were busy looting the nation’s treasury instead of developing the region.

RNDA alleged that no project was completed in Niger Delta during Jonathan’s era, adding that the poor performance of the former president took the region backwards.

The group, however, commended the President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives Congress (APC) for its efforts towards development of the region.

The statement reads, “We accepted the Federal Government’s ceasefire agreement in 2016 for dialogue.

‘’That acceptance has led to the sustained peace in the region following renewed destruction and bombings of oil installations and facilities that crippled the nation’s crude oil output.

“Most worrisome and painful is the fact that Buhari’s predecessor goofed on development of the region as he was unable to complete the road to his Otuoke community in Bayelsa State.

“We praise Buhari’s commitment to Niger Delta since 2015 despite the recession as crude output hit as low as 900 barrels daily, with price as low as between $35and $45 per barrel due to agitation in the creek

Ukraine has a strict policy at point of entry, you must be picked up by the person or company who invites you.. But as an international arrival, it is COMPULSORY that someone must pick you up at the airport or you are immediately deported.... I didn't hear that guy's story last year and none of us seem to know the exact reason he was sent back.. But not having someone pick you up at the airport is deportation already
Thanks for this info. I will pass it to the guy who is going through Ukraine.
