2008 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS for sale. Bought for senior citizen in 2021 but unfortunately, she wants a smaller car. It has barely been driven since purchase (less than 1500 miles). Fully serviced and maintained with the right high quality stuff. Timing belt, water pump and all associated pulleys replaced to prevent sudden engine death. All fluids also replaced (differentials, transmission, power steering, etc.). Last oil change done with Liqui-Moly 5w-20 Full service records available in its logbook. Definitely not the average Nigeria-used vehicle. Drives amazing. You don't have to buy a freshly imported vehicle. This is the one. Ice-cold air-conditioner, paddle shifters, 4WD as needed, 7-seater, etc. Lagos-clearing No warning lights, no story at all, no leaks... Not selling with the Pioneer sound system and number plates! I feel your pain. You need to do a compréhensive scan using techstream software. That could point you in the right direction. It is possible that one of the modules isn't going to sleep when vehicle is shut off. Possible culprits could be bluetooth module, garage opener, dôme light, door open warning, security, remote Key transmitter, etc. In addition, check every function on the car, the one that isn't working may be the cause. Also, since it was involved in a minor collision, you need to ensure that all the ground terminals are good and not painted over. |

From experience, refilling a car cooling system with a thermostat installed requires more attention and skill. This is because of the restriction to flow caused by the thermostat. Air can easily be trapped in the system and the car will overheat. I definitely support the use of thermostats, as they ensure that engines operate optimally, with acceptable temperature variations under varied operation conditions. |
