I appreciate bro, because it becoming something of so much worry to me, I am older and have more experience than her when it comes to finances and investment but when I advise her on things to do she will tell you that she is an adult, that was how she made a very wrong Forex investment with a clown during the lock down and lost 500k and she didn’t even tell me when she was making the investment, I scolded her serious that she cried and wanted to break up, I had to plead with her, but I have always tried to let her know that having someone that is vast and experienced should be seen as a plus and not a minus, I have paid my dues when it comes to entrepreneurship, I have made mistakes and learnt from my mistakes and have become tougher and experienced when it comes to business,I have always told her to learn from my mistakes that it will be foolhardiness to stumble on the same stone twice but she doesn’t listen.

When I mean independent mentality, she is the kind of girl that doesn’t want to depend on a man, she hustles for her money and she is industrious, but there are some expectations she is having at the moment which is not conducive for it to be met, like she wants us to go for vacations, to spoil her from time to time, surprise her with gifts, she is of the opinion that’s how girls are wired. In all these aforementioned she is ready to foot her own part of the bill she will be like let’s save up and go for vacation or she wants you to reciprocate good gestures promptly. I have explained to her we can’t be seeking immediate gratifications or comfort when we haven’t consolidated our future, that you need to deprive yourself now and invest aggressively so that you can enjoy the future in entirety but she seems not to be heeding to this school of thought. The few investments she have I was the one that pushed her to do them, she is also very thankful that if not for me her business acumen would have been zero. Presently she wants to buy a car and I have explained to her that you can’t buy a car when your investment portfolio is not very robust but she is not listening to me and if I try to enlighten her further before you know it she will go and get the item without informing you. Last month her iPhone of 140k was snatched from her, the next thing she started saving to buy iPhone of 200+k and I told her this is not the wise thing to do, before you know it she bought it without informing me, in fact I don’t like going against her opinions because she is too spontaneous. And I am someone that is very goal oriented, I am getting closer to my goal every freaking day and I am the kind of person that doesn’t relent when it comes to achieving my goals, I have told her to give me till the end of this year that come next year those expectations she have of me will be met gradually, but sometimes when the nut goes of her head she starts making reference to all these things that I have highlighted in a very hurtful way. But In totality she is a nice girl , two weeks ago she even bought a phone for my mum, the washing machine in my house she bought it, she is the kind of girl that will call you randomly and say let’s hang out and she will foot the bill, she is that nice, I just have issues with the stubbornness.

I have a GF very loving and caring , but she is way too stubborn, the stubbornness even leads her to making mistakes, anytime we argue she always feels that I only want her to understand my point when I am obviously just addressing the issue at hand, she doesn’t like to be scolded constructively when she goes wrong, she feels your are over dwelling on her wrong doing when you are merely just trying to drive home the point. Anytime we argue she always focuses on the things that I haven’t done for her in the past and not even making any reference to the things I have done for her. Don’t get me wrong she is a girl that has an independent mentality but I guess her expectation of me presently is beyond what she is eventually seeing in me and I am a man on a mission, I have spoken to her several times to be patient, but any time we have an argument she still falls back to this and say some hurtful piercing words. We have been together for 3 years and I am considering proposing to her mid next year, but I don’t think I can cope with stubbornness and this has been giving me concerns. What do you guys think ?

2. BUYER PLACES MT700 DLC, NNPC FIDUCIARY CONFIRMS, THEN ISSUES MARINE NOR / ETA TO THE REFINERY/PORT HARBOR AND SHIPPING AGENT AND OTHER PARTIES. CARGO DOCUMENTS INCLUDING ATS IS GIVEN TO BUYER, AND VESSEL IS MOVED TO BUYER'S PORT OF DISCHARGE.

3. VESSEL MASTER/CAPTAIN SHALL SEND IT’S UPDATED NOTIFICATION OF ARRIVAL DATE – TIME EVERY 96 HOURS, 72 HOURS, 48 HOURS, 24 HOURS, AND 6 HOURS (NOR) BEFORE ARRIVAL UNTIL EXACT ARRIVAL DATE.

4. VESSEL MASTER/CAPTAIN OF THE LOADED VESSEL AND CARGO ON ARRIVAL, SHALL COMMUNICATE WITH BUYER'S SHIPPING AGENT, AND ISSUES ATB, BUYERS INSPECTION TEAM BOARDS AND CONDUCTS SGS Q&Q.

5 CIQ REPORT ( Q&Q TEST RESULTS ) IS GIVEN TO BUYER AND SELLER AND UPON POSITIVE QNQ, BUYER PAYS SELLER BY MT 103 FOR FULL CARGO AND ALL COMMISSIONS ARE PAID AS IN IMFPA OR IN SPA.

6. SELLER CONFIRMS PAYMENT IN IT’S ACCOUNT AND ALL ORIGINAL SHIPPING DOCUMENTS, COMMERCIAL INVOICE INCULDING WOT ARE DISPATCHED TO BUYER FOR ONWARD SUBMISSION TO THEIR BANK, WHILE DISCHARGE OF CARGO INTO BUYER’S STORAGE FACILITY COMMENCES.

7. NEXT DELIVERY COMMENCES ACCORDING TO DELIVERY STATED IN SPA.

BUYER BLOCKS $140,000 OR AN ENQUIVALENT OF 50,000,000naira, IN BUYERS ACCOUNT IN FAVOUR OF SELLER AND ADVISES THROUGH MAIL SELLERS ACCOUNT OFFICER ,FOR LOGISTICS FOR SELLER TO MOVE VESSEL TO 10 /12 NAUTICAL MILES GHANA WATERS WHICH MUST BE DONE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE LOGISTICS FUND. 5. BUYER CONFIRMS MARINE ATB/CLEARANCE, AND BOARD FOR PHYSICAL CONFIRMATION

6. BUYER CONFIRMS THE MATB AND BOARDS HIS SUPERCARGO/INSPECTOR AT BUYERS EXPENSE AND RELEASES BLOCK FUND TO SELLER FOR LOGISTICS .

7. BUYER ISSUE IN FAVOUR SELLER FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF CARGO LESS $140,000 USD OR EQUIVALENT 50,000,000 naira ALREADY PAID BY BUYER FOR LOGISTICS.

8. NOTE: UPON SUCCESSFUL Q&Q AND REPORT SUBMITTED TO SELLER AND BUYER’S BANK, BUYER MAKES FINAL PAYMENT IN FAVOR OF SELLER AND PAYS ALL BUYER SIDE FACILITATOR / BROKERS COMMISSIONS VIA SWIFT MT103 TT AS PER THE SPA AND DEDUCT LOGISTICS INITIALLY PAID. UPON CONFIRMATION OF MT103 IN SELLER ACCOUNT, SELLER PAYS ALL SELLER SIDE FACILITATOR/BROKER COMMISSIONS AS IN SPA.

9. SELLER INTRODUCES BUYER TO VESSEL HANDLERS FOR VOYAGE CHARTER

Procedure 3:

1. Seller sends contract to Buyer & Buyer signs the contract and returns to seller. The electronically signed copies by both parties are considered legally binding and enforceable.
2. Seller is provided with Port Clearance along with Harbour Master’s full contact and NOR format.
3. Seller gives his NNPC Bonny Terminal Mandate letter ATS to buyer as POP.
4. Upon confirmation of the Mandate letter/ATS, buyer within 72 hours, issues operative MT799 Block Fund in favour of the seller’s nominated account.
5. Seller's Captain issues a valid NOR/ETA including Captain’s Name, Contact Data (Telephone, Email) of vessel as shown on NOR/ETA to Buyer’s Port of Discharge.
6. Upon receipt of the MT799 Block Fund, the seller nominates vessel & releases all cargo documents to buyer via electronic transfer to buyer’s nominated address within TEN banking days.

7. Upon completion of Seller's loading and vessel programming in Buyer's name as exactly stated in the Contract as the ‘consignee’ the vessel’s Master/Captain shall issue Marine NOR/ETA to the REFINERY/PORT HARBOR and Shipping Agent and other parties via email. The Seller's vessel shall set sail and shall send its updated notification of arrival date - time every 96 hours, 72 hours, 48 hours, 24 hours, 12 hours and 6 hours (NOR) before arrival and until exact arrival date.
8. Upon the arrival of the cargo for final quantity and quality (Q&Q) inspection at the Buyer's discharge Port, Buyer shall be responsible to clear Vessel to a location that would be easily reached by its SGS/substitute inspection company and the vessel Master shall issue its Authority to Board (ATB) to the Buyer for their appointed SGS/substitute Inspection team and Buyer’s appointed representative to board as per Buyer's instructions.
9. The buyer makes full payment after satisfactory Q&Q report of copies issued to Refinery/buyer/seller simultaneously within one (1) banking day after SGS inspection of the final quantity and quality (Q&Q) of crude oil in the oil tanks onboard the ship at the destination port of the buyer.
10. Buyer makes payment by SWIFT MT103 to seller’s nominated account as per contract. Seller confirms payment in its account and all original shipping documents, commercial invoice including WOT are dispatched to buyer for onward submission to its bank, while discharge of cargo into buyer’s storage facility commences
