I bought a new Airtel sim card today which I later registered and recharged with 100 naira. Some minutes later, some minutes later, #50 was deducted. An amount they claimed was used in "RENEWING" an ODB service. What kind of fraud is that? What the hell are they renewing on a new sim card?
