About 7days for the GoMoney, which in turn means the GTB Refunds each took 3days. Access bank appears to be the slowest so far as the dispute was approved ahead of 2 others and I never still see the money reach now.

I got the GTB refund first the last time I was refunded as well. GoMoney came in after 10days or thereabout. GTBank is my go to for online transactions, bar the $100 limit

The person have to go with a written letter of authorisation from you, a photocopy of a government issued ID of yours and also an ID of the person collecting it.

It also depends on how popular he is at the post office. If he's a familiar face, those formalities can be skipped. Just an ID card from the person he is sending is enough

The 75 days has actually elapsed before I opened the dispute. I was surprised to see their response. Anyway, I'll wait till tomorrow and see if there is going to be another update

1) The last time I checked, there's never been a significant increase in dollar price since the past 3 weeks. So, there's no justification for a 27% increase in price.

2) I'm much aware the price of this phone has never been less than #250k for the past 2 or 3 months on jumia now, regardless of what the dollar rate is, so I think it's safe to presume those sources he got the price info from have always sold their product at such exorbitant price even when some were selling for #200k on this thread.
I have sellers I respect a lot here on nairaland because they don't just inflate the price of goods simply because others are selling at a higher rate
