You floated the naira, despite knowing fully well that we don't produce "shim" as a nation..

When it's time for ordinary Nigerians to follow and taste our commonwealth, our leaders turn to economic experts.
Experts on calamity that they plunged us into!
Push and start ecomomy that Buhari managed for 8 years. Otunba Chicago took over and scattered everything in one month.
NLC should go on strike please. did you read the comments of Nigerians under this post justifying their oppressors position and condemning people that are looking for their interest isn't that sad, they said labour is unrealistic but when government jacked his electricity tariff from 65 to 225,or Petroleum from 187 to 600, on a salary of 30k that government was not unreasonable, they did not ask how the government expect a minimum wage earner to cope Nigerians are their own enemies not their oppressors |

Don't come here and start wailing that one is holier than the other.
Nigerians were presented with 3 packaged fraudulent presidential aspirants in 2023, we only managed to pick the best packaged of them all.
One thing is certain though - Peter Obi never won that election. He performed woefully in the North. That alone cost him that election. He himself knows this... and any reasonable follower(s) should know this too.
They all rigged massively... I mean all three major political party rigged, but the best rigger won. Now, we have a president.
In terms of performance, I believe the Bola Tinubu's administration is on the right track to carry out the necessary reforms to push the country to greater heights in the years ahead (Long-term). Honestly, these reforms are needed if we must compete with other world economies. We can't continue doing same thing year and year again, expecting a different result. A reboot is needed, and I so much believe now is the right time.
In as much as these reforms are needed, a short term welfare package should be provided to the citizens mostly affected by the reforms. No doubt, these reforms brings suffering and hardship in real time, so government should as a matter of urgency make available resources to counter some of the hardships from these reforms. oga which reforms, keep deceiving yourself, this your people are confused and don't know how to go about governance at the end of 8years if he is that lucky, his results will be worse than buhari |

Was it because of salary increment that inflation rose from 28.92 under Buhari to 33.69 in just one year of Tinubu regime? why are you responding to this illiterate, they just do copy and paste, is it every wage increase that causes inflation, the wage increase here is meant to catch up with inflation, the economy is in a disequilibrium can't they see that This is not a case of too much money chasing few goods ,this is a case of over flowing warehouse without corresponding purchasing power ,that is what the wage increase is to address |

ForValour: @ fullclub Real wage that seems to be your magic phrase. Now think, should the workers wait till FG solve the problem of insecurity before they feed? (same problem Jonathan and Buhari could not solve for more than 12 years), should Nigeria workers wait for steady electricity, good roads etc before they take care of their children since they dont need nominal wage but real wage. The problem with people like you is that you embrace books and throw away your brains forgeting that your brain should come first. If you continue like this, a school cert. will lead and control you even with your PhD They don't read to understand but so they can regurgitate word for word and speak phonetics This deprive them of the saying all things are not equal, you can't use same formula for every situation,,you group them according to similarities, so the text book he read and applying in Nigeria is not written with the Nigeria context in mind,he has to use his brain to come up with appropriate solutions not copy and paste as he is doing The same mistake Tinubu made floating naira in an import dependent country, with close to nothing in export capacity, coupled with weak and inefficient systems, you can see the results |
