Actually Land one plot is sold for 500k to 600k last Presently in that Area now .By Next Year No would sell less than 1 Million especially once the Road from ATAN TO AGBARA is Completed.

Many Properties owners that intends reselling have stopped and hold on .

It is because i need funds ooo,reason i'm selling my own plot for 400k last . orelse me too would have hold on ..Who no Like Land Value Appreciations.

So if that falls into your budget let me know .If you are ready to get the half plot for 250k Last Non Negotiable ..Let me know sir .

In that case If your one Plot is still Available by Monday next week ,We would come for Inspections and if we are Satisfied, We would buy your one plot instead. The location and price of yours is much more better than the one we bought so painful.
