Please, does the paid enquiry (email) have any impact on the process ? Don't know if it actually makes them to pay attention to the applicant's application.

Yesterday was my 48th working day and I was told a decision has been made and I should wait and will be contacted within 10 working days by VAC
Let me add that my last enquiry was 28 December and no decision as of then

Pls did you send them email yesterday before you were told this?

Hi Everyone,
I did my biometrics on Dec 2nd at Ikeja with my wife.
I just got a mail from TLS that my passport is ready for collection, though I paid for courier days after the biometric.

How do I know if the visa application was approved? Or would I have to wait till receiving the passport to ascertain that?

Please was it priority or standard?

This might be helpful for those waiting. My mum and younger sister did their biometrics on the 15th October, tracking online still says application received by DMC however, their collection email dropped this morning.

I think there is an issue with the online tracking.

Please were they asked to re submit their statement of account at any point in time?

Top of the morning to everyone in the house, please I need help . I have had 6 months and 2 years uk tourist visa in the past, 2010 , 2011 respectively , I also had SA 3 months visa in 2015.
Details of my stay in the uk and Sa:
I spent 12 days from the 6 months visa ,and 6 days from the 2 years visa , 3 days from the Sa 3 months visa.
Now i have applied for 2 years uk
tourist visa, i did biometrics on oct 29, 2021 service standard , my departure date was 1st of Dec to return dec 10. I received an email Nov 4 saying that my application has arrived uk visa section, my application is under process. Since then i haven't heard anything from them.
Now I'm so disturbed and anxious as the the wait is becoming endless , please i need some advice from experts in the house to be sure of my chances.

My appointment / biometrics was on the 29th of oct, visitor visa , standard ,and I'm yet to be invited for collection
