I think its a good idea to try to verify facts before giving them any credence.

I believe its time for nigerians to reflect deeply on the quality of their leaders and look in hither- to un-considered angles for true leaders. For me,my choices are Chris Okotie or Pat Utomi.

I personally think that it alright as long as your friend knows that he can repay as at when due ( which of course depends on what he wants to use the money for).
