Is Tinubu Occult Magic Responsible For Why He Still Collects 10% Lagos Tax.

It makes no sense why 20 million people will watch one man collect 10% of their tax revenue monthly since 2003. No where in the world does any man collect 10% of a sovereign state
taxes, not even in Somalia or Sudan.

Like Moh247 stated, the Nigerian constitution does not forbide any citizen from practicing occultism if they wish. Every Nigerian is free to practice Christianity, follow the muslim religion or practice occultism if they wish.

It is not about community development and advancement of society- there are no morals and dogma in occultism: corruption, hating your neighbour,manipulation and ritualism is permitted, which is frowned upon in most organized religions.
