Hehehehe Chino is now Afam. Chino must be invincible to be controlling all the posters here. Abagworo truth is bitter but you don't like to hear it rather you tag the person chino. Hehehehe Abagworo: Chino since you took up Afam4eva moniker you've been trying to deceive only the gullible but I smell you even from a thousand miles. Wetheral was truly demolished and is undergoing reconstruction to a wider and more midern road for the good of all. The suffering being experienced presently is normal once you tamper with free flow of traffic at the very center of a city. In a few months the frowns will turn to smile while our price for the brief suffering is wider road.

Chai..see this one from dead Abia state? So others are talking then someone from a dead state is talking too. I can acknowledge that Anambra, Enugu, imo and Ebonyi are worthy states but not a dead Abia state. Redflame aka superlightning go and hide your face because you are stateless, i mean your state is dead. Ndo oo [s] superlightning: my brother dont mind them especialiy swedishdocument. first they attacked abia, then they shifted to imo and ebonyi, now they have faced enugu. when you see these guys, feel sorry for them. their inferiority complex is appaling [/s] |

What is this poor old man yapping? Abagworo: Enugu has a lot of flyovers that link the expressway to the city at almost every entry point. We must thank Shehu Shagari and Obasanjo government of old for deeming it fit to construct such future relief especially now that Enugu urbanization is crossing over to the other side of the expressway. Port-Harcourt never got such gesture on Aba road. Onitsha also benefited at Upper Iweka interchange which wouldn't have been possible to build now if it wasn't built then. |

I don't know how an ordinary overpass is the same thing as flyover. These are examples of a flyover. The state does not have a single flyover, what it has is an overpass bridge. Anyone that is ready should come and face me with the argument. Thank you

You can't hide it because everyone knows already. Lol superlightning: Is this how low nairaland has descended? Na wa o..... So because I quote redflame now means I am redflame? Chai.... You amuse me.

See another guy from your state saying it as it is. Lol MaziEDOZIE: For me,the best performing Governor from South East is Engr.Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State(regarding to how little their resources are,yet he managed to be making things happen there) while the worst is Okezie Ikpeazu of my own Abia state, that man needs to be shown the way out and also be jailed lifetime... Abians have suffered a lot. |

Superlightning will say you are from Anambra. Lol Everyone saying one thing. LIFEisSIMPLE: Which is why i say that Ikpeazu has not earned an E for his effort. I have gone round the five eastern states, and Abia state is currently the worst. Not comparable to Enugu, Anambra, Imo and the last 3 years has seen Ebonyi state overtake God's own state. The guy is not even Anambra. Everyone knows that Abia is the filthiest state in Nigeria. Everyone knows that Abia state has the worst roads in Nigeria. You cannot defend abia state because it is dead. Lol superlightning: Be careful you might have a heart attack.
I'm still searching for the tabloid that positioned Aba as the dirtiest state in Nigeria.
As for ANAMBRA , I know tabloids that reported that they have the most polluted air on earth. I hope your governor does something about it. |

Lol..You have said it all. Superlightning aka redflame over to you thephenome: I've traveled all over Nigeria. I worked in Aba for a year and half. Aba is easily the dirtiest urban town in Nigeria. My car would swim through the deepest gullies in the middle of the road. That road that leads to Ariaria, one of the busiest markets in Nigeria, is horrible as you get close to the market. Flooded 24/7. Faulks road- dirty and flooded. Nigeria has been blessed with many bad leaders but Abia's leaders...chai. Wickedness and negligence in the heart of man!!

The guy is even from Abia. My problem is writing a progressive Onitsha alongside a town in his state.? My NonsoWow: Obiano did the Inosi Onira landscaping 100% and completed that of Upper iweka. I can now understand the cause of your ignorance. You need to visit home and stop believing gossips. |
Politics › Re: . by SwedishDocument: 6:05pm On Sep 08, 2018*. Modified: 9:03am On Sep 09, 2018 |
Nwokem we don't need your validation because you have always been known as a mischievous poster. My concern is that you don't write a progressive Onitsha on the same paragraph with one stagnant town somewhere. Yes Obi started it and Obiano continued and today there is an institution(leisure & park development) raised by Obiano to take charge of tree planting across the state and not just one off thing. As much as Fashola planted trees in Lagos, is it all parts of Lagos that have trees? In the case of Enugu, is there any difference between Fegge and Achara layout? Do you see trees in Achara layout or Uwani or Ogui etc? The same way you see trees and grass in Enugu GRA is the same way you see trees and grass in Onitsha GRA, even better. The same thing happens in public places like the roundabout i highlighted. Stop being mischievous. OreMI22: I don't live in Nigeria. But i will support it.
Beautiful pics. I love those trees.
This should continue and not a once in a lifetime event, then everybody will go and relax that they have planted one tree 5 years ago. Posting pictures of two roundabouts at Upper Iweka and Inosi-Onira worked on by Peter Obi more than 5 years ago is just deceitful. Environmental beautification is a continuous exercise until one day you will totally transform your environment to look like what we have in developed countries.

These are pictures I took myself of inner neighbourhoods of Onitsha and one can even start thinking whether it is Lekki. But if Spyder had posted it and tagged it Enugu, you will see mischievous people like OreMI22 jumping out from the cracks to start talking about what he does not know about trees.

@OreMI22, We all knew what this Zik's junction used to be like 10yrs ago but look at it today and you are writing this great city with one stagnant town somewhere in the same "paragraph". What about Upper Iweka, Headbridge etc, and what those places used to look like 10yrs ago and what it looks like today, that is the sign of a progressive city that receives attention from the government.

Politics › Re: . by SwedishDocument: 4:36pm On Sep 08, 2018*. Modified: 8:59am On Sep 09, 2018 |
You are fond of this but I will keep correcting your ignorance or rather your mischief. FYI, Onitsha is getting attention even far more than some seats of powers in Nigeria. Stop putting a progressive city as Onitsha in the same category with Aba. In the case of Onitsha, it has decent serene greened up neighbourhoods that even Enugu cannot boast of. OreMI22: I am also 100% onboard with such a great idea. Not to take away anything from Enugu, but we need to focus on Onitsha and Aba.
Let us focus on greening up the commercial cities of Aba and Onitsha first. These are the worst neglected cities in Igboland for a long time. I think Enugu already has decent greenery than commercial cities of Onitsha and Aba
Compulsory building codes MUST include flowers and trees in our environment to check erosion, the way we included provision of water closet toilets in the past to check diseases. 1. We can begin by making ALL our higher institutions to plant trees and flowers on walk-ways. 2. ALL new Housing estates MUST plant flowers and trees in each compound as a compulsory building code.

Chaii..see 'painmemt'. Na envy dey worry you, enugu state as old and useless as it is does not even have a common flyover up till now. Ugwuanyi has spent 4yrs with no meaningful project to show. Awka flyovers are worldclass and has been in use for 3yrs now without issues. There is no reasonable project in enugu and that is why you are all over the place crying. [s] Ogbuefi2020: Anambra's works commissioner is not an engineer that is why all their projects are of very poor standard. The "mgbidi jericho" at awka which has now reduced everything in Enugu to "mere brigdes" is both architectural and structural misfit that has been undergoing "patch patch" and later barricaded. The worst is that obiano will be going there to snap pictures everyday claiming to be "inspecting" [/s] |

He is a typical bushman who has not seen flyover before because none exists in his state, so you don't expect him to know the difference. They are mostly illiterates from that side. nnamdijonathan: Don't mind that guy. He has jumped from flyovers and bridges to types of interchanges instead of him to just accept that Enugu does not have both a flyover or any type of interchange. He asked me to show him the picture of a flyover and I decided to show him the one in Anambra which he can go and see any time and also showed him a cloverleaf interchange so he could see the difference between an interchange and a flyover but, he decided to ignore the focus of the discussion and started talking about types of interchanges. |
