I don't know the reason I am clearly asking if someone knows or may have experienced this before jare.

i need some responses maybe some of u know know someone that experience this. i didnt get much response in the travel forum only 1 person, ok my guy had an interview in lagos a couple days back, and was told to pick up his visa next week . but then he received a call from the embassy asking him if he still had his prev passport he answered yes truthfully. then they now say come on monday and bring all prev passports ay such time, why is this happening what are they looking for they already gave us approval. he never travelled outside or anything please someone tell me what this means, we did use the prev passport for our marriage ceremony at the registry wonder if this is the reason??

What stamps on the passport, he never travelled he only been there to apply for a visa previously.

my honey was Told to come back to the embassy in lagos on monday to bring his old passport. he had a successful interview and was told to pick up his visa prior to receiving the call to bring in his old passport. why would they need this is this bad or what? we did nothing wrong

someone help me out if you know , my sweetheart had an interview in lagos, and was told visa granted come back next week to pick up . but then the next day he received a call from embassy asking him to bring in his old passport. we are puzzled y they need this, we did use the older 1 for our ceremony but we got the new e passport afterwards. Any way we will give them what they need just curious as to y and y they didnt ask at the interview. someone please shed some light on this oh and we are to come back monday per embassy and bring it.

I am over 18 my wife filed for me and used my correct d.ob. now i have a new passport with the correct d ob but i had to get one anyway my old 1 expired. someone else said i will be fine just show them the new passport which now matches the application. Please tell me i will be ok , are they going to see the one my godfather filed for me 4 years ago?.

I have a immigration question. What if you have previously been to embassy to file application for visitor visa on an invitation that my godfather did for me ,some 4 years ago but however was told come back in 6mos which means denied. Now you are happily married and will soon have to go to the embassy for immigrant visa to come to USA. The question is my original passport had the wrong d.o.b printed on it but in my observations it clearly states by correct d.o.b which has been signed by authorized personal. They took my print the last 4 years ago now i have the new updated Nigerian passport with my d.o.b. corrected and printed on the data page of my passport when i go to embassy will they give me hard time if i explain if it arises, and show them my original passport with the incorrect d.o.b. My wife is going crazy over this ,please enlighten me on what i should do to ensure everything will be ok.
