Please I'm looking for a good and profitable business i can do in Lagos. I intend to rent a shop in a busy place and start something, but I don't have any business in mind. Your advice will really be appreciated.

It surprising that some families still reject the person their children intend to marry because of the place they hail from or because of an experience they had.

We should understand that individual differs in personality and traits, our individual background or our place of origin shouldn't be an excuse for us to be rejected or relegated.

A friend of mine is going through this right now and she needs advise.

she is in love with a guy from Benin, they both love each other. when the guy talked about marrying the girl to his family they said Capital NO cause of the girl tribe. The girl is from Akwa Ibom.

The family had an issue many years back when their Uncle married an Akwa Ibom woman and they had serious issues in their marriage and then they divorce, so since then the family cause of the experience said no one from their family will ever marry from Akwa Ibom but can marry any other tribe.

The whole family of the guy is saying no that he cant marry my friend cause of her tribe. My friends fiance will never give up cause of how much he loves the girl.

My friend is really going through a lot now. please i need good advise so i can encourage her with it.

My boyfriend wants us to marry but he does not want a big wedding.
i asked him if it is because of the money involve but he said no, he is ready to give my family the money cash than do the wedding.
He insist we do a parlor traditional marriage, which my family will not accept and i do not want, he does not mind paying any amount for the bride price but he insist he does not want a big,noisy marriage. his family support a big wedding but he doesn't, and i have so much love for weddings, i have always dreamed of how my wedding day will look like,i just so loved weddings since its once in a life time stuff but my boyfriend condemns it and say he hate big weddings cos its like he is showing off, he says he is scared about the guest as he doesn't no who has evil mind or not. I Need Your Advise Please

I will sincerely appreciate a good advise from you all.

I have been in a relationship for 7 years, in this relationship i was in, the guys father never like me from the day he heard my name. My boyfriend then asked him severally even the mum also asked the dad why he didnt like me, but he was not able to give any reason.

Myself and this my boyfriend has had several breakup due to his father not liking me.

The third time i broke up with him was because he beat me up and left several injury on me. He came back to beg and apologize and all then i accepted him back. A time came when we planed to do our wedding, when his dad heard of it he never supported it. Our Pastors asked him why he never wanted us to be together but still there was no reason given.

After this incident my family said i cant marry him since his father has never accepted me. I was not able to let go cos i was thinking how i will throw away the 7 years of relationship, but not quite long my boyfriend came to me and said he wanted us to breakup since his father wont accept, i cried n cried but at the end i decided to let go.

After 6 months i heard he has done introduction with a girl the father like and all. after a year now the same guy is now calling me saying he wants us to come back together and get married, he said he does not love the girl he was forced to do introduction with by his dad, he said he has told the girl he didnt love her and cant marry her,he also said his dad has accepted that we can get married now. DO I GO BACK TO HIM OR NOT?

During this last breakup we had, i met a very nice guy by name Sammy he has been so nice and good to me, When i and Sammy met it was not up to 6 months before Sammy traveled out of the country. He was supposed to be away from the country for 2 years then he will return and we will do our wedding. Sammy loves me alot, he is a God fearing person but recently he told me he's not sure of his coming home in next 2 years as planed, when i asked him what the new plan is and when he will return home he said he cant say, Sammy still loves me and wants us to be together but i am worried how long i will have wait before he returns. And now my ex boyfriend is saying he wants us to get married. i am just confused.

If you need a business... Coca cola dealership will be good for you, because of your time constraints. One, its easy to supervise on a weekly base or monthly.. You can be making 150k profit after expenses which includes salary payments to about 3staff since you are starting small.
Your dealership level will be HVO. With one million, rent a shop( don't know what rent looks like where you are), contact any Coca cola sales rep at your area for necessary registration, buy 300empties or more which is 870per empty, order for drinks (both RGBs and One way pack products or anyone of them). You will be expected to sale at company price but if you are lucky to be in a monopolistic area (you know what I mean) you can add like 10naira or more to the price. You have to be buying on a daily bases so as to increase your volume. The value or worth of your entire month volume will be multiple by a percentage it falls into and that will be given to you as incentives.
What you need in this business to be successful are, nice location, good and reliable sale girl and boys( but don't trust) , if you have the money to buy a good vehicle that can be moving round town will be an added advantage, good record keeping from you to avoid Had I Know? You can also add other drinks like Malta, lacasara, Bobo, etc to make your shop attractive and ability to meet all customers demands instead of going somewhere else to buy those drinks.
Also, as a banker you can go into forex trading with forextime . you will make money from it as long as you are not greedy, not scared of losing trends because it must happen once in a while and also you know your strategy and money management. With 300k or more in it, you can be making 70k per month more or less as long as you are not trading with more than 0.05slot for standard account. Mind you, I am an economist graduate from UNN @ 2013, done with NYSC, and I do both business above, and I make quite a lot monthly, enough to cater for my family and still have some left to reinvest. Have being into the first business since 2013 immediately after graduation and my level was just increased to SSD just last year NOV. I go to the shop when I want, sleep when I want, but vigilante of what's going on there at the shop. Hope these help! Good Day good people, i need your advise on this as it is very important. I want to start up a supermarket but my fear is how i will be able to know the profit from the Capital. in a supermarket where lots of items are being sold at the end of the day sale how do i know the gain for the day and also the capital?

I will also appreciate if i can get a guide or help on how/where i can buy the supermarket item to be sold in my shop.
