I can tell you this upfront: if they decide to use this to deny you, then there won’t be any “I have to be in London in two weeks” argument.

it’s sincerely a gift from my uncle,he gave me as his support to start a business.Not money laundering or anything dubious.

This depends strictly on how you have used the previous 3 visas.
How many times did you travel on each visa?
How long have you been spending in the UK and does the duration corresponds with what you filled in the form? at least we can give allowance of +/- 3-5 days, if it is still within your vacation period you stated in the form and corresponds with what your employer stated in the letter
What is the closing balance of your bank statement for your last application and would you have saved that much between your last and present application?
Lastly, is it possible to get a letter of deed from your uncle indicating that he gifted you that sum of money?
based on your previous 3 visas, you have a good shot at getting another one. but if you are unsure, i will advise that you apply for a 6 months visa.

I traveled once on each visa and didn’t spend more than 2weeks on each visit ,this will be my 3rd renewal and yes it corresponds with what I filled in the form.My closing balance for the renewal in June was 5m naira .Hes not someone I can ask for a letter of deed and the money was paid with his company account.

What definition can I give for the sudden increase in account balance although I will not print my statement from December.

Good morning everyone pls I really need everyones input,I thought I won’t have to renew till July so my previous plan was to start paying salary into the previous account I used from this month and with that,I planned to apply with an account balance of maybe 7m.The problem now is that I have to be in London in 2weeks but the account I can use now is the one with a closing balance of close to 45m.My salary has been paid into this account since January.Can I go ahead with the account since the 40m deposit was made last year and I will only use statement from January till now.What reasonable explanation can I give for the closing balance for someone that earns 510k n spends 170k every month?Apart from the closing balance,the account has been clean ,the only deposits I’ve had is my monthly salary and a deposit of 150k in march.
I’m renewing for 2 years and the visa fee is a lot so I have to get it right.

Why not move part of the money to another bank account of yours? So you can avoid the explanation. Maintain similar bank balance you used last year.
1 month bank statement is okay.

Dhl called me the following day on their way to the address I dropped but I rescheduled.

i applied for a uk visa and my biometric was on 21st November,I got a mail that my application has arrived at the dmc on 27th and next mail I got was from tls on Monday 4 that my passport will be delivered.I didn’t get the “a decision has been made on your application email “ I hope I got the Visa?

However, You can opt to do self service and still get primetime Biometrics subscription.
They will put you in a small room with a/c and give you tea and a DStv remote you can change channels with. For almost 67 k the visa officer will come to you and be begging you for your thumbprint.
It's worth it in my opinion? They will also address you as your royal majesty.

For premium, they will come to your house and do the biometrics

Whilst the rest of us are queuing like lesser mortals.

What you are looking for is a box that is not colourful.

Viruses:
1. No need to include you CAC or mention your company if it is not operational.
If you make mention of owning a company, you will need the company's bank account statement with transactions and tax clearance for it to count. Failure to provide these could be detrimental
2. Feb and March is a long time to suspect the deposit so I wouldn't bother explaining. By the way, if you use 6 months statement, the Feb. deposit may not appear depending on when you apply.
