2. Malt is safe in pregnancy but don't overdo it.

Good morning mama, sometimes headache in pregnancy is part of the package, since your bp is normal. I used to have it in pregnancy in first and early second trimester, what worked for me was having enough rest and stop worrying about anything and eating in small portions. Make sure you eat something no matter how little. Also tell your doctor about it in your next appointment if it persists.
As per placenta, there is nothing you can do about the position, it may actually change on it's own as the uterus expands.
Hoping you'd find relief from the headache, Pele, it will soon be over.

As a first time mum, you may not feel baby's movement until 20 to 24 weeks. Also if the position of the placenta is anterior, it also prevents one from feeling baby's movement earlier.

Hello Mama, Tetanus Vaccine is given during pregnancy to prevent you and your baby from getting Tetanus Infection while Fansidar is given to prevent Malaria. Having malaria during pregnancy is not good at all.

Good morning mama. You should feel better in second trimester, know that all of this is just for 9 months and it will be over.
You shall deliver your baby in due time and we shall rejoice with you.
You can try hiding your drugs in swallow if you can tolerate it, other mamas will come up with other options. You really need to find a way of taking your drugs. I find it hard taking Bco and at a time Pregnacare too when I was pregnant.
Know that you are not alone in this, the Lord is with you.
