Nobody can dictate to another how to run his business so he is running it legitimately. If they want to buy from him, they should. If they decide not to, he’ll export the fuel. The government is pushing their responsibilities on Dangote who is a private citizen running his own business. NNPC can have deports in every state and Dangote will supply them with fuel.

To validate the crude oil supplies, NNPC staff do not have to have offices at Dangote.
