@DR young and alstac. I lov u guys! Uv proved to me we still have some sensible and reasonable doctors. There is no doubt about the quality services ul render to humanity going by the quality, informed and polite manner u marshal out ur points. May God continue to bless u all as u take care of humanity which HE personally costumized.

Osahon7: Yes i concur...why cant a Cleaner with the same working experience as a Physician be a Consultant?? Dere shuld be equilty

. If he futhers his education and choses to be a consultant cleaning affairs, no problem. But if he has the prerequsite to go for the post of cmd, so be it.

Osahon7: and a consultant lab technician? Dat of d pharmacist and Nurses are vry reasonable to some extent bt not lab technichians

Pls wisdom is the principal thing and in all ur getting, get understanding. Thats wat u lack at the moment. A technician is just a diploma holder that assists the medical lab scientist who underwent rigorous 6 yrs training with option of specialization in medical microbiology,histopathology,haematology or chempathology. So they are entitled to any benefit accrued to any other medical profession,whether a physician(Dr) or physiotherapist. Pls be informed and shun biased views
