You really need to follow your heart in the first place. I was in your shoes 10 years ago and was even in 100 level at this time. What i did was to defer my admission for a year and went for the training.

After the training i maneouvered my way back to school to resume my studies, this time my mates were in 200l, I continued studying at the same time tidying my ways till i graduated from school with a Bsc Hons.

Fastfoward to 2014, i took an internal promotional exam for ASP passed but they Dabaru everything from Aso Rock ...

The benefits is that i dey waka for street without fear of harassment from any baga...lol. In terms of pay, you will not live a normal life of you depend on police for your pay survival.

Dear Sir, it is obvious you have little or no knowledge about P.E/Human Kinetics or Jumpology as you've said. Kindly do a few research and see for yourself. You narrowly believed that anybody that studied P.E will end up in class room teaching. You're damn wrong because that's not the case.
I am a P.E Specialist making over 500k per month at my own convenience. The sport world has greatly evolved & still evolving in this part of the world which makes it a huge and untapped business.

I do not believe it's about courses, but the individual studying that course. Jumpology, as you called it, is a multibillion dollar industry. Get your facts right before you comment.

Around November last year a friend told me about a half plot of land with a 3 bedroom uncompleted structure on it that that the owner wanted to sell it for 1.1m

We agreed and he the owner showed me the place. I payed part payment of 500k and promised to pay the Balance of 600k first week of February. I called the owner around first week as promised to come get the Balance, take me to landowners and handover the family receipt.

Till date he has refused to pick my calls and he kept on posting me here and there.

Pls i need advice what to do to claim ownership?

According to preliminary investigations, the radiator wasn't touched and the engine either...cos there was no leakeges observed at the point....but the front rod (don't know what it's called) where the healight is attached to got completely damaged. And some other pipes around it.....
The panel said no great impact on the chasis...
That's there will be need to cut it off and replace it...

If I had many cars I wouldn't have come here in search of opinions......I bought that car not quite long with my hard earned money.
