What exactly do you want to do with Windows that's impossible on your romebook?

I want the handler I bought it for to be able to use it without Internet. I bought it for her to carry out research writing and she can't afford to perpetually stay online while working. I want her to have something she can work with without necessarily using the Internet while working

I have suspended mine for now cos my memory is low I need money to get a 64Gb so I can have enough memory to install windows.
Hoping to do that 1st week of next month by God's grace when I receive salary.
