What you need to start charging is development fees on these estates. This is the only way, you can have any meaningful development in your estates. Good soup na money make am.

Two storey buildings are not allowed in Dubai Estate. You can build one storey building with four flats.

I am Agent for Dubai Estate. A plot of land at Dubai Estate Phase 2 is currently selling for 6.5 million. There is a price increase alert. The Estate will go up to 8 million come March 1st.

Good luck in your new project. Is it cheaper to build these contemporary homes (3D) without parapet and roofing sheets covered? These designs looks very nice, but I don't see a lot of people embracing it. Are there any problems with these designs?

I hardly comment on the forum. I bought a land from this estate. I don't live in the country. I have not seen Spyder before. I don't know him from Adam. When I sent my brother to come and inspect the land. He said that he does not want it. I called Spyder and he quickly refunded my money. Likes of Spyder is hard to find in our society of today. If you have concerns, table your issues and stop pointing accusing fingers. Spyder is a man of integrity.

I think it is better to identify the plots for duplexes, bungalows, commercial etc. so that people can plan accordingly. People are buying for different purposes.
