All admitted candidates of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma for the 2013/2014 academic session are to be guided by the under listed procedure to enable them process their admissions into the University.
PROCEDURE
To proceed with the processing of your admission, you are expected to check your status on the University’s cPortal at www.myaau.com. If your admission status reads admitted, you should proceed to check yourClearance and Eligibility.
Once you have been cleared, please proceed to pay your Acceptance and School fees at the designated bank assigned to your faculty.
Thereafter, you are expected to log on to the cPortal using your PUTME Application Number as the username and PASSWORD as your password and then proceed to log in your acceptance and school fees PINs (confirmation order number) as shown on the eTranzact receipt from the bank.
Once your acceptance and school fees PIN is logged into the cPortal, a Matriculation Number will automatically be generated for you.
Please check the University’s web site and college portal at www.aauekpoma.edu.ng and www.myaau.com for further details on the procedure for checking admissions status, clearance/eligibility status, payment of acceptance and school fees for online Matriculation number generation.
Students are advised to collect their University receipt for acceptance and school fees from the University faculty accountants attached to their faculties.
Copies of all relevant credentials, online generated matriculation number page, clearance/eligibility forms and University receipts are to be submitted in a file to the Dean of Students for clearance before submitting same to the Faculty Officers at the various Faculty offices on or before Friday November 29th, 2013

It's been a while since i've posted any tutorials here on Nairavoice.com I've just been busy doing stuffs is all now I bring to you a useful tip for testing remote controls.

Sometimes your remote control just stops
working and you feel like banging the
hell out of it to get it working (I know how frustrating that is) don't,just take some time to test if
the remote control still works at all.

And sometimes you might go to an electronic store to get a remote control this will be useful to you if you want to make sure it works.

TESTING REMOTE CONTROLS WITH PHONES
REQUIREMENTS:
A camera phone
(it doesn't matter if its a 0.5megapixel camera or a 100megapixel camera phone as far as the camera works)

Note:The remote controls make use of infra-red lights to send signals to the corresponding appliance, infra-red lights are not visible to the human eye but are clearly visible if seen through a camera.

METHOD:
(1)Open your phone's camera
(2)Set the remote control in front of it as you would if you wanted to operate your appliance remotely.
(3)press any buttons on the remote repeatedly.
(4)if you see blue lights flashing on the remote's ''bulb'' through your phone's camera that means the remote works if no lights at all,then get it repaired either by changing the batteries and cleaning the batteries' contact points with the remote or just get a new one.

TESTING REMOTES WITH RADIO:
Radios can also detect infra-red signals just like they detect radio waves.

REQUIREMENTS:
A Radio that has AM(amplitude modulation)/SW(short wave) mode.
METHODS:
(1)Turn on your radio
(2)set it to either AM mode or SW mode
(3)place your remote close to the radio's antenna
(4)press any buttons on the remote
(5)if you hear beeps on your radio then the remote works if you don't at first try tuning the radio to a different frequency if you still don't hear beeps then the remote doesn't work.
