Brother, regional autonomy is being achieved gradually in all but name. Tinubu who understands that names and tag, like Biafra and Oduduwa Republic, petrify some people to the point of physical panic attack prefers to move quietly without giving his innovations controversial tags. We saw this with tax reforms vehemently oppose by the North initially but passed in the end.
