I think giving ultimatums doesn't necessarily get the woman what she wants .... Its not a good thing to do In my opinion |
iv4fb: @table leg, u don't have to let out ur frustrations or go the route of insults in a public forum. We can deliberate on issues without fighting. What is this one talking about? I am not frustrated abeg and i am not interested in fighting anyone |
zaza1: My neighbour works for Ecobank and I know for a fact she doesn't work on Saturday or Sunday..she is well paid and she is even getting fatter.I think those working weekends r in specific departments and as a result have to work..do you think your atms, your pos,etc would function so well at the weekend without someone working?..market women and other traders also work weekends, how about OAPs on radio and TV?These ones work whether it is public holiday,weekend,etc..so like other people have said, they can resign if they r not happy and start their own businesses or find another bank that doesn't work weekends.Thank you ... The idiots moaning about working weekends here dont know nothing There is a difference between slavery and working long hours... In as much as i have not seen what is on the inside, the little i know doesn't seem to translate to slavery If long hours or overtime is not stipulated in their contracts, then they have options ... Either protest, seek the intervention of workers union or quit, simple! |
Very true...eco bank is d worse @ dz....b4 i go on let me say dz*thunder fire d management*...i tnk dey r taking advantage of d unemployment rate.....dz z absurd.....dey r humans not slaves
Bloody illiterate ... Just look at what you typed above ... Pathetic, no wonder Nigeria is in a mess! |
morningsta: While this issue is not limited to EcoBank alone,it is a disturbing trend that needs to be checked before it spreads other sectors. There are very few banks today that will not find one reason or the other to make their staff work Saturdays and Sundays aside from closing at odd hours, and God help you if you are later than 7am on weekdays. I wonder why nobody is taking them up on such abuse of workers rights.Stop chatting nonsense.... If anyone is not happy, they have options, it is not by force Do you know what is in the contract anyone affected signed in the first place? If they signed to work at anytime they are needed, then you guys don't have a case... |
cokeraguda: THE INHUMANE TREATMENT OF ECOBANK NIG STAFF BY ITS MANAGEMENTDo you know what is in the contract of each employees? If you dont know and you dont work there, you dont have any case! |
