EPIC!

My first ever graduate job, with an engineering and mgt consultancy firm, i was given a bloody caterpillar phone...

I was absolutely gobsmacked ... Thinking WTF, caterpillar made phones... Then i dug deeper into why the company handed out caterpillar phones to its employees who spent time managing and delivering projects on site, and i got the answer i wanted..... Ruggedness and durable, making it an ideal option for the rigours and nature of working on the field!

Anyway, the phone was pretty basic and functions were limited .. I guess they have realised the need to have something which offered more, meaning that, work outside of the office wont be restricted for predominantly site based folks always out and about!

I wont be touching one again .. That i am sure of!!! LOL

Nashville: Please do not blame religion but blame self esteem. This is how many Nigerian girls are brought up, they are told as long as the man provides, then he is fine. No religion preaches staying with a husband that perpetually cheats on you and beats you to death.

On the contrary if these ladies followed the teachings of the bible before getting married, they most likely will never be in those situation because they would never have married men that have no fear of God!

MMotimo: The fact is that a lot of these women today, cheated with married men before they became married, what goes around comes around. You marry a street girl with no discernible value system other than to be called someone's wife at all cost, she's not going to complain about cheating.

As for beating, so many come from an abused background and have never known true love and affection. Any kind of attention, even if it's a spouse beating or causing emotional abuse, is good attention. It beats the loneliness and dejection that has pervaded their lives from birth.

Mothers, love your children, show them love so that they do not become a disgrace to womanhood and motherhood when they grow up, settling for less than they are worth. The pain of rejection causes lifelong problems for these kinds of people, not just in their marriage but every area of their life.
