Ebereola: No you are notarizing a single set of documents. Academic and non academic(marriage or birth certificate) Each academic document is #9000 and #36000 for non academic. You can make payment online |

Ebereola: After the online application, go ahead to book appointment for both. They are separate requests. Follow the prompt for each and wait for the embassy to acknowledge your request. You would be advised to print the receipt of appointment and add to the documents you are sending to them |

Travel / Re: Study In Brazil: Admissions And Visa Procedures by TadeDetule: 9:48am On Aug 12 |
Ebereola: You are sending a single courier but two packages. One is for embassy authentication. You will have to include a receiver's address in Brazil and the person's ID in this case copy of permanent resident card. The second documents are the entire copies you uploaded on the application website. For one, you would include copy of payment receipt and the embassy would send on your behalf once they are done. For two, they would send this back to you when they are through. NB: this would be two payments, international and local. They would explain to you when you get there. If you are in Lagos you can go to EMS in VI. It's easier and way cheaper. |

Deemamadee: All you need so is legalize your documents with the prescribed notary publics but for the Police character you have to take it to MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS in Abuja for legalization Then pay for embassy authentication Then fill the manual form sent to you and upload it together with the listed required documents. Then go to the appointment site after submission to book an appointment An email would be sent to you to send the hard copy. In this case it must include all the documents you want to authenticate+the ones you uploaded and your original passport. The sending of documents must be done via your courier of choice and you must include a prepaid envelope in your parcel which the embassy would use to send your documents back to you. Two for your authenticated documents you are supposed to send it to an address in Brazil so you could tell you supervisor about this by asking for his address. This means you would be paying for both local (to and fro) and international courier fee but both would be addressed to the embassy. It is the embassy tha would help you send your authenticated documents to Brazil and for your other documents and passport they would be send back to your Nigeria address ensure you include your receipt of payments in the parcel 3 Likes 1 Share |

TLD20: That would be done by GCUB. It is believed that applying to the school could lead to "silent" disqualification. I know a few that had such experience. Like I said, it's speculated so |

Obinnau: Not the authorization form though I mean the consent form. They sent the list of documents to me and they listed the authorization form and consent letter in there. it was stated there that it must be signed at the ministry of foreign affairs and also notarized.
