EZEIGBO1OFIMO:God forgive you. We don't buy things on credit in our church. We pay cash because we are fully loaded by the God who never fails us. Ask PHCN how much they are owing gas suppliers before you display your ignorance. |
bigtt76:It is not mouth, it is fact. It is a gas power plant and there has been no power outage since 1999. Even Aso rock, the seat of power cannot have not experienced such. When you see things working in a place, just humble yourself to learn how it is working if you really want to move forward |
EZEIGBO1OFIMO:I see your pain and struggle. You are lost and I pray mercy finds you |
bigtt76:Sorry, it is not generators. The church has launched a gas power plant that produces ........ MW of electricity. Several people have been employed for the operation as well. I see your bitterness but it cannot stop the move of God |
TheMascot:Renting stadiums? That is not wisdom my brother. The present 50,000 capacity holds 5 services every Sunday. With this 100,000 capacity the church will still hold a minimum of 3 services. You seem not to have an idea of the factors that prompted this. And when the people wanted to make Jesus King so that he could be giving them bread, what did Jesus do? The bible says he fled, perhaps you have not read that part. Everyone has an assignment and Bishop David Oyedepo is focused on his and that is why he is shining. I think you should be drawing inspiration from good things when you see them rather than criticize |
Annunaki:Can you hear yourself? "Even if they do" it tells of someone who is not just happy about what is happening. You seem to be a christian but you have been swayed by reports about this man of God in the media. If you know only 10% of what this church has done you will not even open your mouth against it. We don't call the media to cover our good deeds. He that sees us in the secret is blessing us openly. |
ikorodureporta:I can see your frustration. May God help you |
Annunaki:Do you think it is his agenda? It is commanded by God and only God can bring it to pass. Except you are angry against the move of God because I can see you are quoting scriptures that do not add up. God does not live in temples but he said we should not forsake the gathering of believers. Where should believers meet? Check your heart to know if your statements are not coming out of bitterness towards this man of God and the project. I hope you are sincere with yourself |
Annunaki:May God forgive you. What will you say about Solomon who built a temple made of gold for God and God was pleased with him? Your statement reminded me of the pharisees and I hope you are not one. You do not have to paint a church bad to get people to your own church (wrong strategy). May God forgive you for despising his agenda. |
BodyKiss:You simply know NOTHING about this subject and it is VERY CLEAR from your statement. Please come to Canaanland and see the blessings of God upon the lives of people. How can a pastor prosper when his congregation is not prospering? Perhaps you do not even look around when you are jumping buses to note that some of the best cars and houses in town are owned by Winners members. Are you sure you live in Lagos? I was a beneficiary of his scholarship while in UNIBEN. You can also take a quick trip to Liberia to confirm if they received aid from Winners during their civil war. Ignorance is deceptive but I know your statements came out of bitterness towards this project and man of God. As for me, I will live to see this project completed in my multiplied state. I hope to see you at the dedication #Glorytoglory |
dikeigbo2:May God forgive you by criticizing what He wants to do. If you are not aware, the visionary is sent and he is committed to only what God has sent him to do. He is not doing it because he feels like, but because God commanded it. This is kingdom service and if you do not understand it, it is better you keep mute rather than get angry against your maker. I hope you use this as a means of inspiration for your own life that God can still turn things around and if you are doing fine, there is always a next level. God bless you |
Hi guys, did anyone apply for scholarship? Or is it automatic for international students? I came across a page while surfing the net that showed that application for scholarship by international students closed in May. If anyone has any relevant information it will be helpful for the house. |
solu1:Happy for you bro. It will turn out well by God's grace |
strictlynaija:I don't know my brother |
HARPS office is at Adeola Odeku Street V/I, Sapetro Towers. I sighted it yesterday morning while passing by. |
Just got an appointment for Aug 26. Not a friendly date but very hopeful for a reschedule. |
chimaamaechi17:They seem to give preference to those that have appointment for the day. I was not prepared to stay long there as I had to get back to work. Still surprised that those who have gotten their own visas have suddenly gone silent instead of sharing their experience for the benefit of others even though they are not obliged to but it will be highly appreciated. |

Just left Indian embassy now. Was surprised to see the long queue there and should return there tomorrow hopefully. |
chimaamaechi17:Thanks Chima, it is crystal clear now. How far with your own application? Which stage are you now? |

@Solu; I have not been able to do that. I am yet to book a return ticket to India and I learnt one has to submit the evidence of the booked ticket while submitting the application. I hope to reserve one this week. Which stage are you now? Hope I can get more light on this flight issue cos a return ticket to India will be a waste. Is it possible to hold reservation for a return ticket and then cancel once visa is issued to book a one way trip? Just thinking o.... and would not mind anyone helping my ignorance about travelling to India. |
chimaamaechi17:Thanks Chima |
ophre:@ Ophre; We would need more light from you on your success. Did you present evidence of booked flight and hotel at the embassy? What is the duration of the visa you were given? |
Hi guys, I am yet to get an appointment after two days of submitting my visa application for India. Is there anyone else in this situation? Can appointment be gotten manually by visiting their office in Lagos with the online print out of the application? Is there anyone going through Egypt? Kindly shed more light about the process for their visa. |
Afeti:Good one Afeti, i really hope Ghana route is possible cos the expenses of going to India is much. It will really be a big relief financially. Kindly update us asap. |
chimaamaechi17:I am for MSc Materials and Processes of Sustainable Energetics TUT. Which school are you going to? |
chimaamaechi17:I should submit it today. The delay is due to the passport photograph specification but I hope to get that sorted out. Which stage are you in the process? |
chimaamaechi17:Thanks a lot. What can't one get in Nairaland? This site is full of smart Nigerians that keep getting smarter. |
Please house, is it compulsory to put details of Indian referee in the online application. I am stuck there right now and would really appreciate an urgent response. |
Guys I just ENIC/NARIC confirmation as positive. I have been informed to apply for accommodation but I am yet to get the acceptance letter. Please how long does it take TUT to send acceptance letter after confirmation of transcript is positive. |
uzhi:Thanks bro |
damosif:It will be forwarded to the body verifying results for them. Let us remain calm as we await the outcome which they stated will take about one month. |
Guys, I have been reading through this thread and I have been impressed in so many ways. I applied for MSc Materials and Processes of Sustainable Energetics and I have accepted my admission. My transcript was received yesterday and is being processed based on the mail i was sent. |
