Hahahahahaaa eveb if ccountry like Singapore or Thailand that produce palm oil are better. Na planning oh my guy. Generally, relax, breathe, have key points on piece of paper, and also imagine your audience are sitting on a toilet or nude(this will make you relax, it is a common global advice looool and it works.)
