If this matter gets to court, that little gain you think you made will not only be taken from you, that TV you will return it, cost of the legal action will be awarded against you and if you're not careful, you might even face criminal breach of trust.

I know this sir. I simply stopped there on purpose. Moreover, Gazzuzz’s possession of the receipt would’ve made the case easier…I never said he can’t pursue the case without it. Besides, being in possession of the receipt would’ve made it a bit more difficult for the owner to resell. And it would’ve been a criminal case if he had made another receipt for such resale. You were the first person i contacted before i even put up the Tv for sale which you know . from the beginning i have always insisted on 450k which you know. I begged you to add the 50k but you refused. i reluctantly accepted the 400k. which you were blazingly fast to pay even without seeing or inspecting the Tv. Oya come carry your TV, but it was not enough for you rather you said i should deliver to you whenever i come mainland, that was your suggestion oga i did not promise, i said i will come to the mainland before Christmas, today is 22nd. Meanwhile i went ahead to do everything you asked including marking Tv as sold to you here and took down the ad everywhere else i advertised it. I did not make any profit. Tv is worth over 700k. i sold at a loss even at 450k.

If na the 50k or 100k you suppose make dey pepper you, oga kpele i got a better offer. There will be even better deals tomorrow.

Firstly, you ‘reluctantly’ accepted his 400k…you didn’t accept it under ‘duress’. Oga, simply put, you ‘accepted’!!!
Secondly, your excuse is that you didn’t promise to deliver it to him on the mainland…that’s not an excuse to resell to a higher bidder. Why would you resell what you already sold to him? You’re lucky he doesn’t have the receipt already.
Thirdly, you may think you’re street smart. But, everything he said about you is true.
Lastly, he trusted you based on the co-existing relationship between both of you. If you really knew the deal was not the best for you, you shouldn’t have ‘reluctantly accepted’ the 400k in the first place. Ciao.
