I believe there are established guidelines and metrics used to determine an individual's wealth and networth. |
There should be more publicity on the laghoms scheme. Most times units are fully sold out before the general public is aware. |
ceejay80s:My dear sir, while I generally refrain from unnecessary engagements on the forum for obvious reasons, I would encourage you to first take the time to clearly understand what a ‘palliative’ really means. That would serve as a good starting point. |
Nice. These are the kind of palliatives that directly get to intended beneficiaries. |
Donald3d:I suggest you include your prices or you would be priced poorly. Prices also stimulate interest. |
Luckydonalds:Brand new units to the best of my knowledge always come pre-filled. Except this is an exceptional factory defect case. If not, your technician is either naive, incompetent or trying to reap you off. |
Best you state your price, the size and location...... |
What are the dimensions of the table? Donald3d: |
[quote author=lexy2014 post=136736339]off point. Run along....... |
[quote author=lexy2014 post=136736065]thats not what I asked you. you failed to answer the simple questions. What you asked me! It's the effrontery for me like you are addressing some young kid!! You really must have some serious unresolved issues.....or a personality disorder. My advice, get professional help. And I just remembered, there actually is a block button to save one from your likes.... |
lexy2014:I’m not sure what gave you the impression that I am here to engage in a verbal contest with someone I do not know. This is a public forum— a topic was posted, and I simply shared my opinion. You are, of course, free to share yours, but attempting to drag me into unnecessary exchanges is neither productive nor of interest to me. I reiterate, I’m not here to trade words or indulge in needless back-and-forth with someone I do not know. If you disagree, you’re entitled to your own perspective, but do not mistake that as an invitation to challenge mine. Share your view and move on. |
lexy2014:We don't have to agree or see things in the same light but learn to appreciate baby steps; Also, I am unequivocally entitled to my opinion on a subject matter. |
Hopefully, the robotics industry in Nigeria is beginning to take shape, marking a good start for a sector that holds immense potential. With the rise of technology-driven solutions, robotics is gradually moving from concept to practical application in areas such as education, manufacturing, and healthcare. I hope this can be built upon. |
I sincerely hope the actual owner of this car is able to realize a successful sale. The number of adverts circulating from different parties, each presenting varying prices and mark-ups is mind blowing and very concerning. One can only hope that the owner is not under any financial pressure that requires urgency. Middle men and their many theatrics..... |
His recent statements and actions seem to lend significant weight to such narratives. |
damosade:The is why it should be resisted fully and by all and sundry. |
Jodesky:Was a common place on Facebook market place and the madness is now being paraded here. |
diabeticdeals:So long as people continue to pay and validate these questionable practices, the perpetrators will only grow bolder. I find it difficult to comprehend the logic behind this trend. Advertising a car on a free platform and then demanding a so-called ‘settlement’ is not only unethical—it’s indicative of individuals who have neither direct access to nor the mandate from the actual owner. This practice thrives on misinformation and exploitation, and it must be called out for what it truly is: a shady, unjustifiable scheme that undermines transparency and integrity in transactions. This action must be intentionally and collectively discouraged. It's even weird the the OP has a supposedly "autos" tag to his/her name!!! |
nenergy:How can I get this |
I am looking for a split Econavi 2hp Panasonic indoor unit only (with hanger and remote). Preferably white colour and on the mainland. Would appreciate if it's neat, with no issuesand has no repair history and at a friendly price. Quote me if you have one. Thank you. |
e316:If the engine is still ok like you claim, I would advise you try to clean up the gen and give it a better aesthetic appearance; rather than the significant price review. My 2 cents..... |
Joymide22:They are actually of different capacities. The one he posted is bigger but in a very bad aesthetic shape. That is even assuming the engine is still ok. |
Your asking price would have actually been a fair value given the capacity if you had not badly defaced the gen. Common, the appearance alone makes the price scary. |
cr7lomo:They want to bring this to nairaland too...... People must deliberately and consciously reject this trend. It is unprofessional, skewed and reeks of exploitation. You want to be settled cos you posted an advert and a prospect showed interest. Whether it's 10 kobo or 50k, I can'teven wrap my head around this line of thought? It is either you have authorized access to the owner or you don't. Simple!! |
As long as prospective buyers continue to encourage such sharp practices, a culture that is berreft of sanctity, it will continue to undermine a fair business process. I find such conduct highly objectionable, and once I encounter such, I immediately withdraw my interest. Imagine someone demanding settlement as high as ₦500,000 merely because you posted a car on a "free forum." The settlement is for what? Agency that you were not angaged on or personal sales tax!!! Now, such ignoble acts are being paraded on nairaland too. I simply fail to understand the rationale behind the ideology, which is fast becoming a useless norm. Just hustlers trying to reap off prospective buyers. For me, I categorically state that I will not engage in or entertain any form of settlement, regardless of the amount, even if it is as little as ₦5,000. And such practices should be wholly rejected by every intending buyer! If you do not have direct access to the vehicle that allows you to mark up, then you simply do not have access — no amount of coercion or informal arrangement will change that fact. It started with agents and rent, and now it's moving to car purchases. It's the effrontery for me sha, N200k on a so called distress sale, on a car with a bad gear, obviously badly maintained engjne.......and you still want to milk from another's impending woes!!! I fear who no fear you..... |
Good initiative...... |
SamuelLoch:It is the display (DISP) button on the steering wheel. @aieromon, has given you a very good idea how it can be done. |
SamuelLoch:That is not the mileage reading of the vehicle but rather the trip reading as indicated by the "Trip A." Press it twice and the actual mileage would be displayed. |
bea1234567:Preferred size is 45. Thank you |
bea1234567:Size? |
tuoyoojo:Your position on the engine variant is absolutely incorrect. Engine specs are the same across board and the 2.5mL engine was introduced in the 2010 models (07-09 models were fitted with the 2.4L engines except on V6s) also with 6 gears against 5. The camry has a better resale value and can tolerate abuse better than the accord, however, the accord offers a better ride quality and offers better aesthetics. If you are one that is keen on maintainance culture, and reselling is not a major consideration, I would suggest the highest trim of the Honda accord i.e EX-L ( with the i4 engine variant) but if you can't pay attention to required routine maintenance, settle for the camry. If you can get the XLE in i4, good. |
