Airtel company is fraudulent. After the Recent Fiber cut on MTN and Airtel may Data bundel was deleted to 0.00Mb.
I have just loaded N3000 for BIS a week ago. I called for over 20 time to there customer service for close to 3 weeks but as you know nothing happen.
They keep giving me series of excuse,
- one CSO said I used it up and cut the phone on it when I asked for her to transfer me to another person who can better attend to me.
- Another said I did not load for the month June that the last payment was done in may even as I told him I had my confirmation on my phone.
- one said it has been resolves I should restart
I am short of words at the embarrassment I get from the Customer service unit.
Please who can I refer my case to as my phone is still been debitted for Internet.
I have tried to load and N3000 but I got a message that the service is still on.
Its only in Nigeria that this happens.
