however, that ‘’Buhari cannot get the mandate of
Nigerians’’ at the polls.
The governor spoke while addressing a large crowd of the
ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, supporters in
Magatari town in the state during a political rally in the
area, Sunday,
“Frankly, even my party, the PDP has agreed that General
Buhari is an incorruptible person but those sounding him
are selfish, they are misleading him on the present
realities in the country,’’ he said.
Describing the “cabals as dangerous elements,’’ Lamido
said that those deceiving Buhari were the former members
of the PDP who dumped the party and moved closer to
Buhari.
“These cabals seeking elective positions are betrayers.
They betrayed PDP; the party which made them what they
are today. They will also betray Buhari as soon as they get
what they want, just as they are calling PDP all sorts of
names and regard Buhari like god now. They will turn their
back on him soon,’’ he noted
He however, assured that the PDP would reclaim all the
states it lost due to the defection of some of its former
members."

If we are to believe this, Buhari is going to be another Jonathan, in fact worse.[/b]

It is not about individual votes only Wat is also required is 25% of all d votes cast in at least 2/3 of all the states of d fed. It is nt just abt d highest total accumulation of votes but the more geographically spread

In simpler words for some people:

Majority in at least 2/3 of the states of the federation.

Dumb statement from the DSS boss and from everywhere.

INEC doesn't have APC membership lists. Or do they?

And, hacking into a database doesn't necessarily mean via the internet or intranet or any network for that matter. An infiltrator can do the job wherever the database is stored.

So Marilyn can both be right and wrong at the same time.

Saying APC wants to hack into the database and substitute the lists there with that of their members will fly better.

Who is to say PDP aren't doing same?

In retrospect you might be right.

But a struggling student couldn't possibly reject such 'manna'. Circumstances have a lot of influence on our actions. I just capitalize on the situation, considering that bigger thieves were involved.

Mind you I didn't tell the OP to only spend it. I also said he can leave it in his account for a reversal.

What ever you decide to do, don't withdraw the money and pay into the Union Bank account.

If you have to withdraw, do so and spend it.

The worse that can happen if it is indeed a wrong posting is for a lien to be put on your account if the money has been withdrawn. The bank may choose to inform you of such action or not.

Happened to me as a student some years back. This instance was an insider job. Saw an alert on 780167k. I withdrew the money immediately and deposited into another account.

The perpetrators contacted me, I refused to pay any money to any account. The case was eventually discovered by the bank. They informed me. I still refused. Was threatened with the law. Still refused.

Told the bank that am not liable at all. And that they are negligent at their duties.

When I didn't bulk, a lien was placed on the account. Simply told them I wouldn't use the account again.

So OP u have two choice: leave the money in your account. If it is wrong posting it will be removed.

Or withdraw and spend it.
