Pukkah:

Pepeye is even too advanced for them because Pepeye is a multi-skilled animal - it can swim, fly and walk.

They're better named Snail Squadron and the SSS to Snail Security Service.

Its rather pathetic when all people do is curse and rundown...when good people do nothing, evil thrives...if you must comment , say something constructive and aiding, else you are as good as the same politicians we say r corrupt. The country belongs to us, now its bad, we are receiving the heat. And more importantly this name you call this squadron is so wrong. These people have families like you and I. Can't you show some respect for the dead , moreso the dead who died on duty ??

Thanks

chidindufrank: I don't think that it was Aboyomi's fault with respect to the ambush that led to the death of his men. It was an unforeseen event and therefore, I want to state it clearly that I exonerated the man Abayomi of any blame here. Ambush is ambush and could just happen to anyone no matter how smart and intelligent you are. I stand to be corrected .if your thought on this issue is otherwise, please don't insult me by calling me any name just go straight to the point and school me. I repeat. Mr Abayomi should not be blamed. Ambush na ambush dey no dey give u notice say dey won ambush u hoha

Its not enuf to say "ambush na ambush"...its a huge error in operations/intelligence leak...one of the officers have allegiance with the sect and he just displayed where his loyalty laid all along. If they had gathered their information throughly, they wud nt have used someone who was from the village in the first place...there was a snitch! this is why in developed countries, security authorities do background profiling of officers before and during d job, because very little situations in one's career can sway your oath and loyalty. Officers must knw dat the lives of the populace is majorly dependent on them as proved in the loss of 61 officers...now we have 61 more widows n over 61 ophans, who will neva see life the same! because someone didn't do his job properly.

Hey buddy don't see it that way...I just expressed some disdain at what I noticed. Iron sharpeneth iron...and don't forget this is a public forum. People are reading and listening. We are a unique set of crime fightersn let's not give other room to look for lapses, because the average nigerian looks at where the police is found wanting. Let's see ourselves as professionals as we are called...no offence

Stay blessed

It like in this country, politics is about the opposition party having a different view to anything by the ruling govt, must ACN talk ?? Maybe the PDP should get some counsel from them next so they won't rush to the press to deliver a counter view...

I get pretty upset when people just make criticisms that r not constructive! Nigerians r quick to condenm and look for loop holes and hope a govt proposal fails and be d first to say "I said it". If you are making contributions, make dem constructive...else you are not any different from the same leaders we wanna crucify!

Emmadani: its a pity that d most populous black nation wit ova 170m pple has only 62,000 troops.Whr a country like egypt, ethiopia, drc congo n angolo av about 350,000,200,000,150,000 and 101,000 troops respectively,n non of dis countries has a treble million pple like nigeria...But number of troops is not realy d case, sum of our equipment is poor n outdated,al d money govt av stolen 4rm dis country is enough to provide our military with quality armour n equipment, technology(n change wit stil remain)-do nigeria even av a SAS(special air service, like in the britian)...?Not to talk of well trained military personel...A country like 9ja wil neva risk 10m naira just to train 1 army man.....I watched 1 american military movie,1st of its kind to feature MEND in an international movie...Whr an arab militancy group leader told his gangs that d britain govt spent about 60b pounds to train just 2 army men they wanted to attack. He said dose two guys are not humans but MACHINES...Imagine.Look at the risk,60b pounds to train just 2 army personel, even if it was a movie i stil beleive country like us or britian can spend dat amount on soldiers....God help nigeria.Any way i wish dem success, bring down bh 4 us.Bless

Nigerians shud stop cursing and running down the govt. If good people nothing, evil will thrive! Besides these writers of blogs spoil things the more. I lived in a country where caption of stories neva suggest inadequacies of govt or shortcomings of public officials but they are there...Nigerians just wanna hear bad news because that the only thing that sells. Its a bad mentality and it starts with you and I.

Lotsa judges get harrassed, threatened and robbed, sometimes loved ones killed. They should get security details all the time, but flipping the coin, all these senseless verdicts which be like killing a fly with a sledge hammer shud stop! People steal billions, enough to turn my village to Los-Angeles and get a slap on the wrist! Someone else steals a mobile phone and gets hanged!

Shell casings shud confirm if the security guys came shooting sporadically, moreso, why didn't your 'priest' just surrender and display the peace u preach... Did u say u were a catholic and traditionalist?? So double standarded!!!
