For your information, the Taliban issue is far different to Boko Haram, ISIS or any other Terrorist in the World.

The recent dispute between the former allies, Rises on Osama Bn Laden. The US demanded Taliban Extradite Osama on the allegation of being a mastermind behind the 11/09 Attack. Which Taliban Refuses to cooperate with the US. This is the Genesis of their recent crises.

Now that Osama is Dead, The US believes the Taliban is no longer a threat to them. Their mission in Afghanistan is over.
