Due to my interactions,the number one thing we are known for is internet fraud. In fact,that's the first negative thing that comes to their mind when Nigeria is brought up.

Nigeria is bad,but you still can't define it as a failed state.

Castrate him - these are the people brewing army's for Boko Haram - ask him that out of the 40 children his father left how many of them are contributing to the development of Nigeria economically? I can bet they are mostly going to public schools and occupying seats meant for other families - they would turn around and hide behind religion
