Please I am really traped in the WES Evaluation process. My documents has been sent back to waec for verification, for weeks now no change in the status of the evaluation. I guess waec hasn't received any document from them. I have been writing to them, demanding for a courier service to send the docs so as to expedite the process, but all my emails goes unanswered; I only receive an automated acknowledgement message. I am beginning to regret using WES for Evaluation, their own protocol is too long. The deadline for applications from international students is Dec. 1st in the school I applied to, and all documents must be received by the deadline. I have sent everything, but just this evaluation, and it's compulsory to be submitted.
Please do anyone have an idea of how I can contact WES, they are just frustrating my efforts here.

Please send a msg to them using Fax. They seem to attend to that on time than normal regular e-mail messages. Dont even bother calling them, they wont pick.

How long did the whole process of evaluation took? What was the method of NOTIFICATION from WES to your school: courier or e-mail.

I started my journey with WES on September 5 and everything got ended on October 12. My cgpa of 4.01 was evaluated to 3.44. The method of notification was via email to my school of which my school didnt see it at first. I had to fax a letter to WES about 2weeks later specifying the correct school e-mail id to be sent to. My school got the letter the next day and replied back to WES that same day.

Please biko who knows how many days WES will deliver a copy of the report to the school am applying to in USA and also to me to. I paid for standard delivery $7.

WES was the school given. They just sent a msg this afternoon that my document evaluation is on hold and photocopies sent for verification

Again I will advise that you get the proper registrar email ID of your school, the one your school normally use for verification and fax it to a letter to WES recommending it to be sent there as specified by your school for quick delivery and prompt response. Often time WES sends back the documents to our school through incorrect email -ID and this delays the verification process. Your school will keep telling you that they are yet to receive the letter from WES yet. So to be on the safer side if after two days your documents hasn't been received by your school, send a fax to WES specifying the correct email id for it to be sent to.

It doesn't take long at all, highest the next day your school should see it. Although WES sends documents for verification through post mail, e-mail and fax. The fastest way your school can receive it is usually through e-mail and fax provided your school has the ability to receive documents by fax. The reply from your school is usually in the same method they receive the verification letter and if your school verifies it on time and send back to WES, WES should get it that same day too.
