Unless I missed it, the main charge of treason against Kanu hasn't made substantial progress for about two years just his bail application which he succeeded in. The bail granted to him would remain until he's required to appear before the court to answer his treason charges (which may be never as he has spent more time in jail than expected). That been said, for as long as he's not required to appear in court, he would remain bound to comply with the strict bail conditions. Constriction in freedom. 3 Likes 1 Share |
