Please i need responses to this post

I tried paying my visa application fees by using the paga verve option as advised by one of the posters. I got a mail from paga after making payment that it wasnt successful. However, my visa application account has had a message saying payment is being processed since then..its over 24hrs now. I wasnt debited so im sure payment didnt go through. Please what can i do? I cant proceed further.My Account has no other option whether to try another means of payment and my appointment is next week. I

However, i want my mum to come along so she can help out with my son for the first 2months. She has never travelled before. If she applies for a visit visa, i dont know how to meet up with the requirements since i dont live in the united kingdom at the moment. Please how do i go about this?
