If kano is put at 18million and lagos is put at 20million by same NBS the figure will become "right" to them, any inflation that may occur notwithstanding.

I am a health worker in a Northern hospital. Things are casualties, diseases in the state I work, I know that very well. Diseases perish people in the north. Kano state can never be more populous than Lagos state. I have been to both states. Nigeria is a lie. So, nothing in Nigeria is true.

I am also a health worker in a southern state, I see high mortality from diseases , accidents , high crime rates

Most Nigerian states have large stretches of grassland and uninhabited zones. Lagos doesn't have that, every single inch of Lagos is inhabited with a very high density.
