If not that most of you don't use your common sense, how can he be arrested for coverting from Islam to Christianity. When even the chief of armed forces and chief of Defense are Christians. How can you be an officer and you're preaching? He really needs to be disciplined |
PapaNnamdi:It was not 200m but it is above 200m now. You have no basic knowledge in economics if you don't know how uncontrolled population growth can destroy the economy in the long run . Why do you think countries like qatar, kuwait, Venezuela, Libya can subside their fuel so low and we can't? Because they have a small population compared to ours and so their fuel consumption/subsidy will be lower. How can we compare a country taking care of 18m people with that taking care of 200m if given same resources. |
PapaNnamdi:You think you're wise but you're actually a slowpoke if you truly believe in the rubbish you posted. Have you heard of per capita income or wealth distribution? In case you don't know , if you have 100 billion dollars revenue to take care of your 18m population that rely on oil. You can basically declare free education, free housing, free allowances for citizens etc as it was done in libya during maummar gadaffi. If you have 200 million people relying on oil then you might have a problem satisfying their needs as the revenue will inevitably be spread thin due to the geometrical population growth . The bigger the population the bigger the population increase , if not controlled. Dude our population is one of our problems , there is a reason China used the one child policy to control its population before they emerged as a superpower. If you have 2 kids , you can sponsor them to the highest level in the best schools and even support their careers financially but if you have 10 kids , you'll have to give them low quality education, little or no support and they will just put pressure on the system because they're unskilled. |
AsomughaChuks05:Stop being ignorant . which tribe rears Rams and sheep's more than the Fulani? Just that they don't walk about with the rams unlike cows |
Kesteem:Yoruba muslims play themselves with the Yoruba first mantra. The Christians are far more organized and intentional . I've been to both osun and oyo and it surprises me that the Christians dominate politically and treat the Muslims as minorities |
ImmaculateJOE:Nasarawa is 60% Christian? But all their past governors till date are Muslims. 2 out of 3 senators are Muslims, are you high on loud? Or you just know lafia the capital |
Mynd44:Chief, a rerun is different from a runoff . you're talking about a runoff. A rerun has to do with the cancelation of an election and organizing a new one |
SugarGirl44:Thats exactly my point. You're an illiterate . so you're practicing selective Africanism? What's culture? If culture is the way of life of a people then why do you adopt western cultures, enjoying western technologies, chasing western education, eating western food, patronizing western products, following western religion You're just a clown. This is 2023 and the world is a global village and we are all interconnected and interrelated. If you don't like it go back to your village and be jumping from trees to tress. Ode I've never met an olodo like you. Na to put expensive wig on an empty head you sabi. Child of a slave! |
SugarGirl44:Just look at your cave woman mentality. I use 3 names which includes my native name, most people know me with my tribal name .I am a proud African and thats why I said the names have historic/ Islamic significance and that's why we use it . 1.if you have an English name 2. If you go to church 3. If you live under an English system of government 4. If you didn't study and write exams in your native language while at the university 5. If you use a Christian or European name 6. If you use the western technologies including the phone you use to type this 7. If you download or watch foreign movies 8. If you eat food thats not traditional 9. If your dressing is not solely native attires 10. If you've ever patronized western products as against our local products Then you're a slave. A hypocritical wretched of the earth. |
SugarGirl44:Do you have a brain or you're pretending to be brainless? Did I say those names are Islamic names and not Arabic? I only said I see them to be islamic names and not Arabic because of what and who the names represent. This is about my religious belief who the hell are you to open your dirty mouth to question me? You better learn how to approach people and seek clarification rather than acting like a pig.its you and your father and your whole generation thst are slaves Do you think you love African culture more than me? I'm a pan africanist but we have to also understand that times have changed . maybe you should not use cars, phones , and other modern technologies since you want to be an African cave man |
chiefolododo:Don't be naive . PDP won all 3 seats in kaduna |
SugarGirl44:Its your right but I do not see it as an Arabic name but rather as an Islamic name because that's the only reason I bear it. I use 3 names , one is my traditional name. |
OGHENAOGIE:Abbas is hausa from kaduna. Its an Arabic name mostly used by yorubas and thats the confusion. He's pure Hausa. E.g my name is Taofeek and people assume I'm yoruba because they mostly use the name but its an Arabic name and I'm from north central |
YouandiAllofus:Tajudeen abass is a pure Hausa fulani from kaduna lol and thats an Arabic name not a Yoruba name. Now I see why you got confused lol |
YouandiAllofus:slowpoke , Tajudeen abass is from kaduna (speaker) Jibrin from kano ( deputy senate president) Shettima from borno (vp) Number 2, 4, 5 are from the north Nigeria number 1 ,2, 4,5 are Muslims So who's toothless |

Thats exactly my point. Look at ondo and ekiti running a Christian Christian ticket even though they have at least 30% Muslims there, you won't hear cry of christianization. If they were Muslim states doing so we know what we will be hearing |
richie240: |
Ironically the Muslims are usually more tolerant . in states with 60% to 65 Muslim majority like kogi, adamawa, Kaduna (before elrufai) , nasarawa etc they usually pick a Christian as deputy but states with 60 to 65% Christian majority like plateau, taraba etc they run a Christian Christian ticket unapologetically. Look at the south western states and see lots of Christian Christian tickets even though some of the states are Muslim majority but if it was a Muslim muslim you will hear noise |
sreamsense:If you don't know about something just shut up . A family man was kidnapped because he spoke against ganduje for some years and the new govt shouldn't look into it? When governors try to work, you guys blame them for gragra but prefer the docile ones that'll just be embezzling in silence. Kano people voted abba massively and we know why |
The sultan of sokoto is not just the most powerful but also the most respected. As the sultan , he's the head of all northern emirs and the leader of Muslims in Nigeria (JNI) . The sultan is just like an emperor while the emirs or heads of emirates are like kings or governors . |
Hezzyluv:I'm a kogite and a political scientist, no de follow me argue 1. Lokoja is under kogi west and not kogi central 2. Igalas have 9 local govts in kogi east and not 14. Out of 21 in kogi state 3. Land is different from population, igalas have big lands but not the population. Only okene can swallow 4 of their LGA in population 4 . Do you know kogi state is bigger than the whole 5 southeastern states combined in land size? Google this and get the land size but does that mean kogi population is bigger than that of the 5 eastern states 5. Please the internet is there you can verify what I'm saying 6. Igalas do not dominate lokoja, maybe you mean ganaja side , from zone 8, barracks, felele, etc you'll meet mostly ebira, ebira koto, nope, hausas, bassa |
You are the one being ignorant here. Of the 21 LGA Kogi state has, Igala people own 14 thereabout. And the rest 6 is shared between Okon and the Ebiras with Igalas still forming some parts of it. I want to believe when you said Ebira control Kogi Central you meant Lokoja the capital inclusive right? Now how comes the major spoken language in the capital is Igala? Abi na the case of Hsusa coming to dominate Kaduna happen? I might not be totally right about his tribe, but he has trace of Igala.[/quote/] I'm a kogite and a political scientist, no de follow me argue 1. Lokoja is under kogi west and not kogi central 2. Igalas have 9 local govts in kogi east and not 14. Out of 21 in kogi state 3. Land is different from population, igalas have big lands but not the population. Hezzyluv:See how ignorant you are. Who told you igalas are majority? They control kogi east senate, ebiras control kogi central and okun control kogi west. The current governor is an Ebira and the Apc candidate is an Ebira not igalla. Don't spread misinformation here |
fk001:Exactly the way they count and rely on the middle belt forgetting that Muslims are majority there and only plateau and benue have Christian majority. Let them continue playing religious politics |
How can a group be so ignorant like obidients Out of 100 claims and threats you guys make 98% end up being wrong How can you end DSS? DO YOU KNOW WHAT DSS IS? YOU THINK YOURE TALKING ABOUT THOSE TACTLESS SARS? HIT THE STREET AND START RUBBISH IF THEY BORN YOUR FATHER WELL. LEKKI WILL BE CHILDS PLAY |
Blue3k:The southwest are a religious mix And its hard to see which religion has more adherents but in the northwest the whole 7 states are muslim majority. It would have been 99% if not for kaduna which has a sizeable Christian population of 35%-40% |
ImmaculateJOE:Lol see arrogance and ignorance . Muslims are 95% of the northwest which is by far the most populous region The southwest is hard to decipher because places like oyo, osun have more muslims, places like ondo and ekiti have more Christians and the ogun have a split population The North central is Muslim dominated and unlike the liberal southwest they play religious politics here and the last election was an example. Kogi, niger, kwara, nasarawa are Muslim dominated and thats why no matter the bad governance Muslims always emerge as governors here. You can check the senators too. Then Benue and plateau are Christian dominated.. There is no way the Christians can compete with the muslims in numbers due to polygamy in the north. Christians can only have a large population as the Muslims if they can ditch abortions and family planning. Thank God for pvc and Nin and Bvn etc. The Southerners previously use to write inflated figures during election |
Or maybe the obidients are a loud minorities that can be found on social media, cities and capitals of states while the silent majority only know APC and PDP. If elections were rigged, I'm sure they'll want to rig the fct too or rig kano, kaduna, katsina, lagos etc You guys should admit it , you were beaten fair. Only a foolish opposition divides itself into various parties and factions and expect to remove a sitting party |
