Christianity Etc › Re: If Jesus Christ Was God, Why Did He Find Fault With Some Old Testament Laws? by Tboy222: 9:16pm On Mar 06, 2023

sonmvayina:
What does "came to fulfill the law mean"?

How did he fulfill "Thou shall have no other God before me"..

When he said " No one comes to the father unless through me...."

Or ...you just going with the flow?
.

The law was indeed written to show the flaws in the human heart and nature ,they found it hard to keep up with the commandments written and this revealed how they were all slaves to sin.

Hence Jesus Christ came the perfect sacrifice ,God the son who offered Himself to God Almighty as the perfect sacrifice hence there was no need of a daily sacrifice of sin, there was now no need of taking your peace and sin offerings to the priesthood who were the only ones qualified to speak to God on our behalf.

Jesus Christ death tore up the veil of the holies of holies thereby breaking up the partition between us and the priesthood ,we now have access to the holies of holies, not within the temple but right within our hearts on our knees with our tears and supplications.

Christ Jesus acting as our perfection before the Father of Lights whom no one can approach, for in Christ the fallen nature of man is destroyed and the new and perfect nature, spotless and blameless is beheld by God the Father on everyone who humbly and sincerely believe and accepts Christ Jesus as his or her personal Lord and Saviour.

If you haven't my brother or sister now is the time, for there is no such an hour as this a time of decision an hour of grace ,it is so simple yet so true. For the holy scripture says
" All have fallen and come short of the glory of God" another part says "there is none Good no not one".

Isaiah 55:7 says " Let the wicked forsake his ways and the unrighteous man his thoughts, and let him return unto the Lord for He will have mercy upon hin ,and to our God for he will abundantly pardon.

So Jesus Christ wants you to go down on your knees and accept Him as your personal Lord and Saviour. Don't be shy or ashamed He knows them already,He knows everything don't leave anything out,no sin is greater than the other all of them have equal eternal weights and punishments. So please brother or sisters kindly ask Jesus Christ to forgive you all of them and ask Him to make you as He is,ask Him to give you the grace to live a sinless life and also to overcome temptations as Him to Lord over your life and give you a clean heart.

After you have done that then congratulations you are now born again, your name has been written in the LAMB BOOK OF LIFE.

Get a bible if you don't have one, read, pray and meditate daily early morning as you wake, spare times and late at night before you sleep

Biodun556:
*On the questionable candidacy of Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour
BY ADESOJI OLUWO*

By the provisions of Section 77 (2) & (3) of the Electoral Act 2022, every registered political party (Labour Party inclusive) shall maintain a register of its members in both hard and soft copy and that such a register shall be made available to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) not later than 30 days before the date fixed for the party primaries, congress or convention.

It is clear from the provisions of Section 177 (1) (c) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended, that a person shall be qualified for election to the office of Governor of a state if (c) he is a member of a political party …’
As at the time the register of members of Labour Party was submitted to the INEC, Mr. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, Labour Party candidate for Lagos State was not a member of the LP. Indeed, he was a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) where he obtained nomination form, attended screening to contest for PDP Gubernatorial ticket which was later won by Jandor.

On the 19th June, 2022, Mr. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour formally applied for deputy governor candidacy to the PDP flag bearer, Jandor, but his application was refused by the PDP Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate Screening Committee (DGSC) Abuja. In the committee’s words …”Gbadebo Rhodes- Vivour as the Lagos State Deputy Governorship candidate portends danger for the PDP due to the fact of presentation of conflicting information on oaths to the INEC in his previous Senatorial election and to the party which are potent grounds for disqualification as enshrined in Section 182 (1) (j) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended”

The Labour Party governorship primary election was conducted and Mr. Ifagbami Awamaridi emerged as its candidate. Having won the primaries, Mr. Awamaridi’s name and particulars were forwarded to the INEC by Labour Party. However, Mr. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour joined the party in July 2022 and on 10th August 2022 he was named LP candidate while Awamaridi’s name was wrongfully substituted. This case is currently in court (Supreme court) and if we all know the principality called Lagos APC godfather, this is landmine that must be avoided. Don’t be shocked when Supreme Court will announce that Labour Party has no candidate in Lagos base on the aforementioned
From the foregoing, it is my candid opinion that by the community reading of provisions of constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 as amended; the Electoral Act 2022 & INEC Guidelines and Party Constitution; votes for Mr. Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of Labour Party in Lagos State would become wasted votes as he is not qualified to contest this election. It’s not just enough to blindly ride on the wave created by Mr Peter Obi’s Feb. 25th Election and waste this golden opportunity of rescuing Lagos.

Let’s be wise and choose a better alternative with no constitutional land mines.

Christianity Etc › The Danger Of Repetitive Sins by Tboy222(op): 2:21pm On Mar 06, 2023

Be not deceived God is not mocked whatever a man soweth that he shall also reap. Gal 6:7

God has called us to a life of grace and holiness with him and for him,but a lot of us struggle with hidden or besetting sins like masturbating, fornication, lust, stealing,so on and so forth.

Like Paul said shall we continue in sin that grace may abound God forbid, how shall we that are dead to sin live any longer therein. Romans 6:1

God grace is infinite ,but repetitive sins pushes you into a state of apostasy where you belittle the grace of Christ Jesus and you crucify him in the cross over and over again.

Christians if you have any besetting sins, kindly get down on your knees and ask the Lord to forgive you tell him you are sorry ask Him to wash you with His blood tell Him to purify your earth and take away the spirit out of you.ask Him to reveal himself more and more to you until you become more like Him.

After you have done that make sure you feed on His word daily and pray regularly, satan tactics is to make you sin, casting fear and shame so you won't be able to approach Christ Jesus.

He wants you to be as far away from Christ as far as possible hereby depriving you of his relationship here and in the world hereafter.

So if you are born again but have any hidden sin come to him and he will take the burden off you.and if you are a sinner kindly and humbly come to Christ Jesus with all sincerity of earth, tell him all of your sins.let him into your heart by asking Him to take your sins away, ask Him to wash you with His blood and that you acknowledge Him as your Lord and Saviour. Tell Him to give you the grace not to fall back into sin. Tell Him you believe He has cleansed your heart with His blood and that you believe you are now a new creature. CONGRATULATIONS you are now a member of Christ family and your name has now been written in the lambs book of Life.

Remember there is nothing like once saved forever saved, get a bible read and pray daily, you can get a devotional book both offline and online to help you in your spiritual journey. Get a bible believing Church where only Jesus Christ is the center of the message alongside his saving power,His grace and Holiness.

Make sure you preach the gospel to as much people as possible you can do that online and offline, the Lord will be your strength and His grace will continue to shine upon you. Amen

A lot of you might have watched his prophecy concerning the elections, where he said the election would be rigged in favour of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He saw Bola Tinubu in blue dancing to kizz daniel buga song. He also saw peter Obi shedding tears.

He saw a revolution greater than endsars. He saw people being killed. On may 29 during Bola Ahmed Tinubu inauguration he would be arrested by the army. Peter Obi would be arrested too, which will then increase the level of violence and killings.

Peter obi would then be given back his mandate and will then be inaugurated on a later date.

Watch the prophecy below.

Bishop FEYI PROPHECY in which he prophesied about this elections might actually come to pass,l I don't listen or believe any prophecy about elections, but stumbling on his prophetic insights concerning the 2023 elections gave me goosebumps, why? I have never seen a prophecy so detailed in my life.

He said the elections would be rigged in favour of BAT,due to an agreement with someone up there,he said BAT would do a kizz daniel buga dance to celebrate his victory. Which will trend on social Media.

Then somehow words would leak that the result was rigged, and a revolution greater than endsars would reverberate round the nation.

Yemi Osinbajo would be appointed as an interim president, then on the day of inauguration with green white green littering everywhere tinubu would then be arrested by soilders, peter obi would also be arrested after initially going to court.

The arrest of peter obi would increase the level of violence in the whole nation. They would then both be released, the supreme court would then give the mandate to Peter Obi after enough evidence proving he was robbed.

We are going to have two presidential inaugurations one on the 29th of May and another on
a later date, the first would be for Bola Ahmed Tinubu which would be disrupted by the army, the second would give peter Obi back his denied .....

Christianity Etc › Jesus Christ Is Real! by Tboy222(op): 11:34am On Feb 25, 2023

Most of us grew up in a Christian home, most of us from the other faith, while some despite their religious background have decided to be indifferent some have even gone ahead to tagged themselves Atheists.

But no matter your spiritual or physical status,no matter what you have done,no matter how far you think you have gone.you cannot be worse than the Devil.

Christ Jesus who is God in nature, left his divinity and stopped so low or condescended to our level in order to build a bridge back to God.

What exactly did He do,He came as man to feel what we felt, afflictions, pain, rejection, persecution, sickness, fear, hatred name anything negative He felt it too.

Christ Jesus died on the cross, suffered the worst of agony, betrayal, pain and humiliation and the worst indescribable agony of all separation from God.

So my brothers and sisters you have not gone too far in sin,the only person that cannot be forgiven is someone who is dead already.

The book of Romans 3:23 says for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

The book of Isaiah says in Isaiah 55:7 "let the wicked forsake his ways and the unrighteous man his thoughts and let him return unto our Lord, for he will have mercy. and to our God for he will abundantly pardon.

Please say this prayer." Lord I come to you as a sinner,as a despiser of your ways. I come to you sincerely that you might give me hope. I don't deserve your love.in fact I don't deserve you. But Lord Jesus I come to you Lord humbly, I am sorry for my sins please forgive me ,wash me with your blood that you shed on calvary. I commit my soul into you Lord, come and be my Lord and Master, teach me your ways and I promise to abide by your commandments. Create in me a new heart Lord Jesus and set me free from sin, give me your grace to overcome sin and temptations. I thank you Lord Jesus for making me born again, thank you for writing my name in the book of Life.

As you pray this prayer of forgiveness. Congratulations you are now a bride, son, daughter and heir of Christ's Kingdom both here on earth and in the hereafter. Get a bible read it and pray early in the morning and late at night and at spare times daily. Get a bible believing Church were Jesus Christ and Holiness and salvation is the center of The message. Salvation is not a one time experience is a life long experience a spiritual warfare between good and evil, between Light and darkness.
