5. Help to resolve students questions about language and to sort out any difficulties they may experience with the materials
6. Contribute to the creation, building up, testing and maintenance of support material for tutorial sessions (resource packs)
7. Encourage students to attend tutorials, conversation classes, self-access centre, and social events
