I have literally written epistles pointing out a hoard of interlocking factors.
You are the one who lazily wants to stick with white good, black bad.

We are telling the story of man's life and I am looking at it from birth to childhood to puberty, to adolescence, to young adulthood, to full adulthood, to middle age, to early old age, to advanced old age to death.

You, by contrast are determined to analyze only his puberty and discount everything before that and everything after that.
No, you are wrong but then, let me use your analogy.
Choices we make at puberty affects our adulthood.
So if a girl chooses to become pregnant and become a mother of 4 in her teen years, would you be surprised if she doesn't complete school?
So what choices are we are a race making now in our puberty?

Look, if you can tell me these two statements are false, then good enough.

1. Environment influences lifestyle and culture over time.

2. Necessity is the mother of invention.

Just say these are lies, and let us rest.
They are very correct so how come our so many necessities in Africa today is not leading to meaningful invention.

And again it too simplistic to say environment influences lifestyle and culture over time. Many things influence culture and lifestyle.

I give you lucid explanations about how culture evolves in the temperate zone and you ask why the same doesn't happen in an arid desert where no one lives in the first place.

Did you forget that private school in the USA give better opportunities than public school.
How many blacks are in private schools.

There are people on the government dole, food stamps. Not everyone is motivated to succeed in the USA
You are getting 35k per kid and still complaining about not going to private school, something must be wrong with you.

And yes, we both agree on food stamps, it's making blacks lazy.
But don't forget that Vietnamese came to the US, they basically couldn't speak English, they depended on food stamps but today the average Vietnamese is richer than the average white.

The blacks got lazy and depended on food stamps while the Asians took food stamps got ambitious and are now contributing to the economy no longer receiving

I gave you facts that you cannot deny.

1. You can't escape the fact that money has to be invested in education to see any improvement in black people. I never specified how much to spend.

New York highest spender, terrible outcome. This along destroys your argument.

2. You shifted the argument to New York vs Mississippi and still lost. You proved my point that funding education is necessary.
Yes, you don't run education on zero Naira but to your point, New York with 35k per student has worse reading and arithmetics than Mississippi with 7K per child. This again destroys your point.

3. You as usual hide stats within stats as a dubious debating technique. For instance, Mississippi has the highest number of blacks among usa states. You omitted that.
Again this proves my point, even with more blacks, Mississippi has better outcomes per child. Having more black kids is supposed to be a disadvantage for Mississippi yet the are doing much better per child.

4. Comparing New York to Mississippi still doesn't work on some levels. New York ranks 1 in public education on some lists. There are many categories and levels to education
New York tanks number one in funding but terrible in outcome.
Let me give you the list of the best 10 states in outcomes not in funding

According to the 2025–2026 U.S. News rankings, the states with the strongest overall high school performance included:

Massachusetts
Connecticut
New Jersey
California
Virginia
Delaware
Arizona
Florida
Texas
Pennsylvania

You are not thinking deeply.

You talk about culture as though it came from nowhere.

Look, people who live in a place where the land will freeze for half the year will necessarily invent methods of both heat and preservation and will be forced into an organized lifestyle and efficient methods as a matter of survival as opposed to people with fertile land and clement weather all year round.
This excuse is no longer valid. People living in the Sahara and Kalahari should also develop methods of agriculture in the desert and prevention of excessive heat that should force them into an organized lifestyle and efficient methods as a matter of survival

But then these excuses no longer make sense in the modern world.

We see what Israel is doing with the Negev, why are we not doing same?

You are just talking out of anger and ignorance. Even your own example betrayed you.

Mississipi was one of the worst states for education generally thanks to the racist nature of the state. Don't take my word for it- Google it!!.

1. Mississipi improved in black education because they INVESTED in it. They spent money, trained and hired better tutors.

2. For your information, New York still ranks as number 1 in some educational categories. So their money spent is not a total waste as you are insinuating.

3. Keep in mind that you even destroyed your older point on denying systematic racism holding blacks back. Many articles on Mississippi's improvement in black education highlight the racist issues in Mississippi's past.
I provided you the stats. You are one taking out of ignorance and anger.
How can a state with 5x smaller budget haveuch better outcomes for black kids.

And you are right, New York comes first in some metrics namely largest spending. But they are below the US average in reading and arithmetic.

I don't understand your 3rd point please explain

Lol....so your ridiculous answer of "leadership, habits, culture" is enough to save the black race from poverty?

Why not start with the underlying cause of poverty? Lack of education and opportunity?

The average Nigerian in the USA has at least tertiary level of education compared to the average African American. Also, the average Nigerian is motivated to use the opportunities in the USA, coming from a less developed country.

What happened to investing in schools and trade businesses in black populated ghettos? What about teaching proper history? Motivating young black people to believe in themselves and achieve the most they can?
The average black American has the opportunity to compete government funded schooling. Many are fed in schools. I gave the example of New York where the government spends more on a high school kid than an entire local government does in Nigeria.

They black American kid has all the cards. The difference is that the Nigerian is coming from a culture that encourages his success.

The moment you get to US, you are under pressure to succeed. The family and community are looking up to you.

That is where culture comes in

New York consistently ranks #1 in the United States for per-pupil education expenditures. Funding has continued to climb due to state-level aid increases and local property tax adjustments.

School districts across the state spend an average of $37,033 per student.

That's more than entire local governments spend on education in Nigeria.

Now what's the outcome for black kids.
Despite the historic levels of funding, reading achievement scores—measured by the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), known as "The Nation's Report Card"—show that a vast majority of Black students are not meeting baseline proficiency standards.

When evaluating the most recent federal NAEP data cycles, the "Proficiency Rate" (meaning students can comfortably integrate ideas, analyze text, and identify main themes) breaks down as follows:

4th Grade Reading: Only 16% of Black students in New York score at or above the "Proficient" level.

8th Grade Reading: Only 10% of Black students score at or above the "Proficient" level.

While New York represents a "high-spending, lower-yield" model, Mississippi has become famous in education policy as a "low-spending, high-efficiency" success story—often referred to as the "Mississippi Miracle."

Here is how Mississippi’s financial investment and reading proficiency rates for Black students compare.

Mississippi has historically been one of the lower-income states in the U.S., and its education budget reflects that. It consistently ranks near the bottom for raw per-pupil spending.

Statewide Average: Mississippi spends approximately $12,324 per student annually.

The Base Student Cost: The baseline state formula handles basic classroom operational needs at around $7,201 per child, with extra weighted funding added for high-poverty or at-risk districts.

Despite having significantly less money, Mississippi's aggressive focus on foundational literacy has yielded reading scores for Black students that match or exceed national averages, outperforming many wealthy states.

On the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), the "Proficient" rates and raw test scores for Black students break down as follows:

4th Grade Reading Proficiency: 19% of Black students in Mississippi score at or above the "Proficient" level.

National Context: This ranks Mississippi's Black 4th graders #3 in the nation compared to their Black peers in other states. They outscore Black 4th graders in New York (16%) and the overall national public school average.

8th Grade Reading Proficiency: 13% of Black students score at or above the "Proficient" level.

While scores naturally experience a dip by middle school nationwide, Mississippi's Black 8th graders still maintain a higher proficiency rate than New York's (10%).

Summary, even with much more money blacks can't fix education.

What is Mississippi doing better than New York.

Remember, you guys call Mississippi a racist state.

1) Refer to the above
In a landmark decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against the universities, effectively ending the use of race-conscious affirmative action in college admissions.

The ruling was handed down on June 29, 2023.

The Supreme Court consolidated two major lawsuits brought by an organization called Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) against:

Harvard College (a private institution)

The University of North Carolina (UNC) (a public institution)

Though Yale was not the direct name on the Supreme Court docket, the ruling instantly applied to Yale and all other elite institutions across the country that relied on similar "holistic" selection frameworks.

Since the summer of 2023, universities have been legally barred from using checkboxes for race or using racial demographics as a explicit plus-factor in tailoring classes. To adapt, many schools shifted their focus to socioeconomic factors, geographic diversity, or evaluating how an applicant explicitly describes overcoming racial discrimination within their personal application essays.

No he didn’t win. Please don’t be a pendejo bold faced liar.

No black people were not given reduced tests or lower requirements for entrance. They all have to meet the same requirements as every other candidate.

Medical school admissions are usually not just score based. The interviewers consider so many other things besides grades.

1) grade are the minimum
2) background (academic and otherwise)
3) experience (research and volunteering)
4) experience (world and life experiences)
5) legacy (rich white parents who donate to the school)
6) special talents count
7) how you perform on your interview counts
cool so many factors play into it.

After every student has met the required grade minimum, the admission officers interview them and admit those who they think are best fit for the program based on their cumulative performance on the other mentioned topics. This is the area where black student have been historically marginalized.

A lot of them didn’t have rich ancestors to donate libraries to the schools. Many didn’t come from rich families with the ability to travel the world and garner exposure. Many couldn’t afford to take gap years to do volunteering and unpaid research work. This is where the discretion of the admissions officers played a part.

Now less officers are willing to write off qualified applicants in favor of only white applicants. That’s the difference that’s happening. And that’s what biting the conservatives so badly at the moment. That’s why they want to go back a time when they had the freewill to dismiss and write off anyone don’t like.
Lol

You think black medical professionals take a different entrance exam ?
Admission Probability by Demographic Profile
Expert witness testimony during the trials calculated that an Asian American applicant with a specific academic profile giving them a 25% chance of admission would see their probability change based solely on changing their racial classification:

White: 36% chance

Hispanic: 77% chance

Black: 95% chance
The investigation concluded that these disparities in academic baselines resulted in a Black applicant having up to 29 times higher odds of receiving an admissions interview than an Asian applicant with identical academic credentials.

Asian American applicants effectively required an average of 450 SAT points more than Black applicants

Asian-American Applicants: Admitted students to highly selective universities typically presented the highest average test scores. For example, in dataset reviews for Harvard, Asian-American admits earned an average SAT score of roughly 726 (out of 800 per section), and nationwide, Asian students consistently post the highest average ACT and SAT scores across all racial groups.Black/African American Applicants: Admitted Black students to these same highly selective schools presented an average SAT score of roughly 622. Nationwide, the mean SAT score for Black test-takers hovers around 907 (out of 1600), while their average ACT score sits at 16.9
