Why would a corporate organisation be expected to pay for sales promotions when it's not a lottery company?

Most organization hide behind consumer sales promo to run a lottery. Questions to ask:
1. Is all participants a winner? (u will find out that one more persons will be selected through draw for a star price, may be a trip to Dubai n others...
2. How do people get into d promotion? (u will be asked to buy up-to a given quantity to qualify : ur meant to spend more than u bargain.
3. The idea is not to reward customers but to make high level sales within a short period.
4. I can go on...... Look for National lottery Act 2005.
Government defined lottery clearly, stating some element that will make an invent a lottery.
5. So if a law has been passed and u know this activity will fall into it, u either regularised with d government or stay off.

Only our military can save this country, let the young officer take over this country, arrest all political office holder and force them out of this country, including top military officers.
Then let those who has succeeded in their various private firm come and start a fresh country, take down our current constitution and bring in a brand new one. Only the military can do it,if not........ No hope for this country.

@woodboi, union chairman won't have access to your money,he will only look after d keke cos u will pay him like 1.5 ,2k weekly, d driver will pay direct to u , u can always call the chairman to remind or threaten him wen ever he messed up. I bet the chairman won't joke wt dat 2k. my opinion.

is better u hand d keke over to their union chairman , let him get his own cut every week. then be sure of ur cash every week cos those drivers don't mess with their union chairman ,else they will b out of work at that area.

One Nigeria indeed, this is one of the reasons people of South East seek to leave this country. they will be the last region to be considered for such capital project. Do u know the rate of commercial activities down there. If only our government will balance such discrimination and become more sincere with their policies, we will leave in peace.
