TravelRe: Uk Student Visa/tier 4 Pbs - Your Questions Answered Part 8 by teamstudy: 2:05pm On Jul 10, 2023
Hello house, I have an complex question!!!
I paid part of my husband's tuition fee (because it was more easy outside of Nigeria and I wanted to help him too) but I live in *Ireland* not UK. He is sponsoring himself (remaining fee+living cost) for his application and I just want to know if me paying his deposit fees is considered as 'sponsorship'. Do I have to write a letter of support saying I paid part of his tuition?
Does he have to include the fact that I (living in Ireland) paid his fees? I'm trying to avoid a situation where he's being asked for extra proof of income or being refused cos someone not resident in uk supported him.

Hello gurus, my sister is applying for a UK visit visa for her and her two children. in her application she stated that she spends about N200k monthly for herself and two children, her business brings about 10mil yearly and she plans to spend like N3.5mil for the 2 weeks UK visit including flight, hotel, and tourist stuff. the wahala now is that she has less than N500k in her personal account, and about N12mil in her business acct but her plan is that she will withdraw the said 'N3.5 mil' from her business account into her personal account, write a letter explaining the lumpsum. I was trying to argue with her that itmay cause an issue. What do you guys advise, please

Please it's urgent please 🙏

Good day gurus!!! Please I need HELP/ADVICE
I intend visiting the uk for a few days maybe next year or so but I want to be prepared. I recently registered my business with CAC and opened a business bank account to document everything.

-I want to pay myself as an employee. If an income of about N1.2m is coming in and out every month, how much could I pay myself, please (I have two teenage kids, 1 is working too)?
-When I apply for the visa, should I apply as an employee of the (my) business or as the owner of the business or both? And do I submit business and/or personal bank statement?
-Please how do I go about tax and especially payslip for employee/business?
-Should I apply for the visa as a family with my kids (my husband staying back) or may be take one of my kids and leave one w my husband? (No travel history)
-Can I submit my rent agreement or do I have to have a landed property? Or what can use as strong ties to my home country?
-Is a 10days holiday too much/little?

Thank you

Please help!!!
Guys please don't leave me hanging, na beg I dey beg. Any part of the question is valuable please
TravelRe: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by teamstudy: 5:57am On Oct 17, 2022
Hello house, I have a question please. @ICaSNg @semmyk
I applied for an Irish visit visa to see my spouse in 2019 but was refused on many grounds incl financial, OC, insufficient docs etc but the thing is my agent exaggerated my application with the idea of 'u need to look big cos Ireland visa is hard' and of course I agreed cos it was my first time travelling internationally. Luckily, I was not banned.

Now, I would like to apply again myself. Should I go through the study route (will any Irish uni accept HND lower credit?) and declare my finances truthfully to the Irish embassy (and also disclose that my agent exaggerated my previous application) or just apply for uk visit visa and meet up with my partner in the uk. Also what could I use as strong ties and to show that I will observe the conditions of the visa? Thanks

TravelRe: Anyone Studying In Belgium? by teamstudy: 5:58pm On Oct 11, 2022
Good day everyone. I need help with applying for studies in Belgium. I have some questions please, don't be angry if they sound naive

-I recently finished my HND in Computer Engineering with lower credit. Is there any hope for me? I'm trying to apply for an undergraduate program in English.

-My partner is hoping to sponsor me and they stay in Ireland. Will this cause any issues? Can I add our authenticated marriage cert?

-Do I have to register for a lang course? And how long in adv should I start applying for the whole process (2023/2024)

-In terms of authentication , which docs will I need to authenticate. I know I have to apply with my legalised school documents (ond and hnd transcripts/waec neco etc) but what other things do I hv to legalise. I don't stay in Abuja, but I heard there is way to send documents for legalization via post, is this true and how do I go about it?
Thank you
