To be honest Otti is mo of a newspaper governor. There's nothing close to what the print and electronic media have painted of Abia on the ground. Umuahia is still very rural even after 2 yrs of propaganda. The new projects he started to receive the people are largely uncompleted while workers welfare and the private sector is nothing to write home about.

If you are able to survive the Access Bank Training school, and get an offer from the bank... Apart from providing a guarantor, they'll ask you to sign a bond that you won't resign your employment within 2 years of on boarding. Else, you pay a fine of 2m. This is because the bank trained you for free. They even paid you stipends while training you.
