I have some crypto in Coinflare exchange (Formerly Bitflex).

Several months ago I discovered I could no longer log into my account, I recently found out that they shutdown operation but I'm sure they did not send an email telling clients to withdraw their crypto.

I want to know if anyone who filled the attached form was able to retrieve his crypto trapped in the exchange.

The last time I was able to log in successfully in 2025 or early 2026 the crypto I had in the wallet which is mainly XRP was worth roughly USDT140

You can write to their support but know it's 90% gone.

Most times they usually give grace period of withdrawing/claiming all assets before they shutdown for good.

Any complaints after that period is no longer their problem.

Create a new email address or use another existing email, download windscribe VPN(free) switch to Germany or any European country, then go back to your playstore, click your new email/profile icon then wait for it to load, Reload and search for your game app again.

Make sure you force stop/close your Play store before you switch on the new VPN and also before switching The Gmail account.
