Hi all, I’m in dire need of an experienced immigration lawyer - experienced with uk immigration with a dependent child who’s not one’s biological child. Please help. Thanks |
Ppl usually declare past refusals only at the visa application stage. I don’t think Ulster would rescind the offer because of one refusal you had. They usually invite those with multiple refusals to a review session & not those with one. Regarding may intake schools, not sure of any with tuition around 9k but check - Roehampton, Bedfordshire, Wolverhampton & Chester Have you paid the tuition deposit for ulster? And have they given you a date for the pre-CAS interview? afehin71: |

PLEASE ADVISE: My spouse and I want to apply and travel with my 2 kids and nephew. We are dependents, she’s the principal applicant. My nephew has been living with me even before I got married. His dad - my younger brother, had him with a lady while they were still very young and in school. The lady’s parents never wanted anything to do with my nephew solely because my brother was of a different religion. So I took him in and he’s been my responsibility since birth. Fortunately, my wife has no issues with him living with us after marriage, so he’s been with us and we now have 2 kids of ours. My brother is now married, although my nephew still lives with me because we had an agreement with his wife that we don’t mind mind and would keep taking care of him so they could ‘enjoy’ their marriage. My nephew’s Mum is still single but not ready or willing to take custody of him. My kids and my nephew are now so attached! They’ve done everything together and attended same schools. They see him as the first born - their big bro. What do we need to reduce his chances of visa denial? What do we need to do proactively for a seamless or fairly hitch-free application? We intend to put in our visa applications soon. Kindly help, gurus! |
Please, any one knows where I can get waec scratch in Abuja or online? Thanks |
