Please how long did it take before BCU confirmed your payment when you sent using Form A with GTB,am also trying to pay to BCU.Also how in naira did you pay for the £3,000

I have been offered admission to study at BCU too. I have paid my fee deposit by myself using form A with Gtbank. You can also pay by yourself.

You are right bro, I am on the same route too. My wife applied for her study permit and added our less than a year son's visitor's visa in her application. On getting there, she sent me there permits which I used to apply for my spousal work permit. Submitted application April 29th and was asked to go for biometrics same day too. Biometrics don on 5th May and was updated same day. Did upfront medicals same time my wife did hers and I passed medicals on May 19th. The waiting continues. I think it's safer to do it this way especially during this covid-19 period as they are trying to unite families. Thanks.

Hello,

The rule of thumb for your type of situation is patience and strategy. Patience, taking the best action that will favour the whole family in the long run. There is no rush in this Canada journey. Strategy, by planning months and possibly a year or more ahead.

Personally, what I did is to apply for study visa alone and use family (wife and 3 kids) as strong home ties in addition to other normal ties. Then when I arrived Canada and completed one semester, I submitted application for family 11-days ago. My wife SOWP, my older kids (12yrs and 7yrs) study visa and my youngest child (less than 2 years) a visitor visa. I did upfront medical and submitted application on 15th May 2021. The medicals were updated to passed on 19th May 2021 for all - my youngest child didn't require medical exams due to age and visa type. My spouse completed biometric yesterday and the waiting game continues. I hope to also continue learning on here from people who have had similar experiences.

There are no guarantees but with a good strategy you have a better chance. There are students (even in Nigeria) who applied with their family and got approved but the chances are low. You can ask on the study permit thread for direct experiences.

Yes , since she is the one going to study in Canada. Apply for your kids also but you can apply for visitors visa initially, once your wife study permit is approved , you guys can all travel together and you can now apply for SOWP after that. So it's possible

Here's my advice to you. Million money is legit, I did it for 3 weeks, and I made close to 50k. But there's a better platform, a friend introduced me to. I risked and joined it.
