Any specific part? I suspect @bolded and simply means your dependants must be on your student visa (as dependants) else they can't apply with you on the Graduate route

I want to thank everyone one on this group for checking on me and also the show of love ❤️ I appreciate.

I was the guy UKVI refused his visa and also top it up with 10years ban because of 4naira miscalculation.

Everything started in January2021 when I used fidelity bank statement for my POF which was very very Okay but to my greatest surprise I was refused. In the refusal letter nothing was said about BAN so thought I could reapply to another school instead of waiting for outcome of AR also I was told I needed a letter from the bank stating the statement was genuine but bank was not responding.

Fast forward to 22nd of June when I got another refusal that any other application I make for the next 10years will refused because I have used deception in a previous application.

I quickly went to Fidelity bank Head office in V.I to show them the refusal letter and what could be done but they keep telling me a mail has been sent to their audit department for review and I should wait omo I waited for 3days without nothing. On the fourth day I went to their office very early in the morning to para omo Na so I start to Dey remove cloth ooo finally someone from their legal department came to talk to me and I followed them.

After reviewing the refusal letter they said if UKVI needed better explanation why the statement was like that they should have contacted them directly so they gave me a letter that the statement was genuine and I also wrote a letter quoting their law because in the immigration law in think in paragraph 9.7.3 or so it state and I quote IF THE CASEWORKING OFFICER DONT UNDERSTAND A DOCUMENT EVEN AFTER IT HAS BEEN VERIFIED FROM THE THIRD PARTY THE APPLICANT SHOULD EITHER BE MAILED OR CALLED FOR BETTER EXPLANATION but none of this was done.

Finally after 95days of my AR I got a mail with apology and also that the BAN as been removed from my name/record.

In the 95days my BP was between 110/143

I was broke

I barely eat & sleep

I got angry � so fast

I was like the world should come to an end

I started have anxiety

People said all kinds of things to me that statement was from oluwole and so on.

I just thank God I wasn’t put to shame �����

You can. But why not apply for MSc directly? I am an HND holder too and I have 3 admission offers already, although I applied with over 10 years of experience with some professional training and certification. I think if you have more than 3 yrs experience, some schools will accept you for MSc

You can apply anytime. Not necessarily until her visa is out.

Good day guys, please i will like to confirm if myself and kids can use same POF which is my my wife's name once her VISA is out, the account has enough money that cover 4 of us, below is the break down:

Balance of her School fees is £4,500
living expenses £9207
Dependent living Expenses 6500*3 £ 19500

Total : £33,207 using oanda rate of 563 total in naira is 18,698,400 but we have like 21M plus in the account incase of fluctuations.....

based on the above can myself and the kids use same POF to apply once her Visa is out.


OR

We should move the fund that covers myself and 2 kids (£6500*3) 19500 into my own account and use that to apply for myself and the kids.

Also can the fund also be in any of the kids account, we actually make the school fee payment(FORM A) through of my kids account.

normally the money is around 28mil plus so I decided to keep 30m invade if anything arise ..... and again is inside London

Balance of school fees : £4,000 without deducting the £1,500 discount

Living expenses for Primary Applicant : £ 9,300

Dependents (3*6500) £ 19500

Total: £32,800 using 600 naira to calculate that will be N19,680,000...will 20m be good enough for POF for the whole family of 4 to apply at once??

You cannot use CAS for September to process January visa.

You could wait till after you do the pre-CAS interview but I'd say it's best you tell your school immediately because they might have deadlines for deferment applications.

@teeboi77...My advise is yourself and your wife really need to take either of the two decision which are 1. She should defer the admission till next year September intake or 2. She should not go for the training . Reason is based on the fact that by the time she’s through with the course by December her company might tell her to sign a bond and she might not be able to leave straightaway ( i.e Jan admission not possible again) and also if she finishes the course and leave, this will generate some kind of fracas/ issues between her and her boss and eventually when she gets to the UK to work with the branch they will need her reference letter from the Nigeria branch then it becomes complicated cause that boss might not write something good of her. So it’s really dicey ( either she opt out of the training and give excuses and when she gets to the UK the branch there might train her or attend the training and defer admission till next year September )

Good morning guys, please i need your candid opinion and advise, Wifey is the primary applicant going for study September intake and like 80% of the school fee paid already and waiting for Pre CAS interview but something came up for her at her work place a VERY top management Course came up which she ordinary did not qualify for but her immediate boss who is a foreigner put up her name for it and she's the only one from Nigeria registered for it also the course is costing the company like $6k which has already been paid for and it's starting mid Aug to end in December, we are at a dilemma now not to spoil the relationship with the boss and allowing the company waste that kind of money as there is plan to work with the branch of the company in the UK after study..

Below are my questions:

1.Is it possible to defer the admission till January after making payment.

2.Should we wait till after the pre CAS interview from the school before informing them about the deferment to avoid another rush towards January.

3.Should we get CAS first before telling the school and use same to apply for VISA around November and travel in december.

Kind response will be appreciated .

That school is notoriously slow....you have to be patient...in your case it's just a week just have patience....

Good day house. Please is their any reason in particular why Birmingham city university has stoped issuing CAS?

I applied since last week Monday and no response from them yet

Oga, you can all apply together. I do not see anything like family ties when we ours and we all got the visa.

The funds can either be in the main applicant or partner's account. The only clause is, if she is applying alone, the funds must be in her account. While funds for dependants can either be in the main applicant or the spouse.
